Clean, seems safe but the gate freezes in winter and either won't close or open. Also the gate closes slow so pull up and wait for it to close and block others from.enteri g or cars can get in without a code.

We, HCEA, have always had very good service from Another Room Self Storage. We’ve used them for years.However, today I received a call about payment. We pay up for a year! I informed them I moved and was no longer President of HCEA. To call the local KEA office. The person on the phone was SO RUDE! Yelled and screamed that it was not their responsibility to call. She HUNG UP, while I was trying to give her the number and also let her know I would call the office.RUDE, RUDE, RUDE!!! No professionalism at all! Has to be someone new we’ve never dealt with!!!

When I opened my storage I asked about the special I found on their website. They said they weren't associated with the company running that website. Please stay away from here.
