Just arrived from Japan and Robert was extremely helpful and knowledgable throughout the process of reconnecting our phones. My husband and myself went into Radcliff store.,My husband needed new phone.Robert helped us. He told us repeatedly that my husband could get galaxy s24 free.. by trading in his phone ... he knew what phone My husband had .galaxy s9.. Robert looked at my husband's phone. And told us over and over it would be free.. my husband went to turn in old phone and was told it didn't qualify.. there were posters hanging in the store..I will be turning this into BBB.. totally false information
