Robert was very helpful and knowledgeable in the phone I purchased. He wasn't able to transfer my things from the old phone to the new one (only because my old phone wouldn't turn on). He explained how to do it once I got home. It was super easy!!

I did not get to watch what the store rep was doing. When I got home I looked up the account and it had doubled! No explanation! I understand that it would increase due to the upgrade but the store rep did something to my account and doubled the entire bill. Like I did, I expected and increase but not that. Still do not know what had happened or if it actually fixed since I cancelled my upgrade and am now thinking about going somewhere else

Connie was just wonderful during my visit to the local AT&T store in Radcliff Kentucky. She addressed my issue in a timely mannor and was very kind, understanding, and patient. This was definitely the best experience Ive had while persuing assistance in the local AT&T stores. A++! Thank you!!

The young lady working today was very disrespectful and not much help at all. Yall shouldn't hire lazy people like that. Her customers service ethics was horrible.

The number on the website for the store doesn't even work. For me to ask about this issue. An employee there told me the phone I ordered would be here October 20 and once I checked my email it said November 19-29!! I would have never ordered it from here if I knew it would take that long! What good is lying about that kind of stuff? Not to mention the man I think his name was Daryn literally said two words to me and looked like he hated his life and I was an inconvenience. All I went there was to buy a new phone. Every time I've been to this store it's been nothing but disappointing. My work schedule makes it hard for me to go to Elizabethtown or Louisville but I'm willing to make the effort to avoid this place for as long as I live here.
