“I've been a state farm customer since I started driving in 1995. I moved to kentucky from west virginia 5 years ago and switched agents and still got treated like I was a family member.”

“I wish to respond to the three inaccurate reviews posted here. On Molly F., what she did not mention was that her mother had submitted a false insurance application that did not list Molly as the primary driver. This was discovered when Molly got into a car accident and the claim was denied by the company claims section. Molly claimed I knew she was a driver. I had a signed application from her mother showing she was not. Her mother even admitted to me that she did not include her daughter as she didn't want to have to pay a higher price for the insurance. I blocked calls from Molly after she became rude and abusive. Regarding the second man, I run a one man agency. When he called, I told him that I was busy with someone in front of me and would call him back after my office was empty. He said "Forget it!" and hung up. I will not disrespect someone who has taken the time to come to my office by giving a quote over the phone while he or she is in front of me. Some people just don not feel they should have to wait their turn like anyone else. That is rude. Regarding Anthony Spicer, I lost interest when he told me he was with State Farm and paying $90.00 a month for liability. After he filed an unsuccessful complaint with the Kentucky Department of Insurance, I did some background research on Anthony Spicer. It seems he is a convicted felon on the registered sex offender list for molesting boys between the ages of 10 and 14. I have the flyer and sent a copy of it to the Kentucky Department of Insurance.”
