I bought a new Chevy Malibu, the buying experience was wonderful. The service department is a complete nightmare, they NEVER answer the phone and when I leave a message, they NEVER call me back. So with that said I will NEVER recommend big M Chevrolet in Radcliff.

My experience at Big M Chevrolet has left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned for my safety. Upon purchasing a used car, I encountered a series of alarming issues that compromise not only our safety but also the functionality of the vehicle. During my visit, the salesman recommended one vehicle over the other, seemingly personable and engaging. However, it became apparent that the car was sold to me before undergoing a thorough inspection, resulting in immediate repairs for a control arm and rear brake pads.To compound matters, the car was received in an appalling state, unkempt and containing someone else's belongings. The gas tank was nearly empty, and the back seatbelt was torn. Additionally, the vehicle has an open recall, with various warning lights such as the tire sensor, airbag, and brake + battery lights illuminated, issues that were never disclosed during the sales process.This experience feels nothing short of fraudulent, especially given my deliberate decision to purchase from a dealership I believed to uphold a certain level of integrity. It is imperative that the management at Big M Chevrolet takes immediate responsibility for these critical issues and addresses them with the seriousness they demand.

This is my second vehicle bought here and there service department is the worst I should have learned after the first time but the manager assured me I would not have the same problems and the same problems I'm still having but worse and now from the rudeness with it . Do not buy a car from here

Very poor service, I have dealt with John who is the service manager, and timelines are absolutely awful, I had an issue after I had my car worked on and tried to report it to him, and contacted him multiple times to check on the situation and never received any sort of contact back to be updated

don't buy from them, way over priced and just had an over all shitty experience with this buying process. a year later im out a vehicle as the transmission among other things went out.

Went to the dealership for a specific vehicle, the purchase process took almost 2 hours despite the fact that we didn't haggle the price, wanted to pay cash but they said we HAD to finance it or pay more since they get a kick back from the financing company, we have excellent credit, and no one else was at the dealership. We were left sitting the in the salesman's office with no updates on time. After we got the vehicle home we discovered it had been used as a loaner vehicle and no maintenance had been done for months - over 15,000 miles since the last oil change. We knew it needed tires but they wouldn't budge on the price for those so we had that out of pocket cost but then also discovered the air compressor didn't work (it was winter when we purchased it so this couldn't be tested), bad wheel bearings, and the paint started peeling in multiple places. Pretty much your definition of a lemon. I reached out the the GM about these concerns. He offered to look into making it right if I sent him our service bills. I sent them within 24 hours. 6 weeks later I follow up to be told he lost my email, and then when I resent it he said there was nothing he could do. I do NOT recommend doing business with this dealership. They do not care about your time in the purchase process and they sell lemons with zero concern.

They prey on low income people.

They ripped me off and they will do the same to you. I bought a 2011 lincoln mkz and now im paying almost 20000 for something i was told by Will was only 7000. DONT BUY FROM THEM. They prey on low income people.

Needed a battery replacement in a short turnaround; Tracy and Ken at Big M service got me scheduled, repaired and out the door in a half hour! Cost was fair, staff were courteous, and the repair was done right the first time! A+ service.

"Bad Bad Experience July 2020!!!" The last suv I bought paid cash "Ford Edge" from Big M for my daughter as a gift July 2020 was in the shop 4 times less than 5 months and stopped working the 6th month! The GM would not even let me trade it for the price I paid or a 1/4 of the price. I ended up wasting $6500 but at least the GM nicely explained it's just the nature of car buying. I've bought 3-4 cars from them so that is my last one ever from Big M!
