I dropped in needing new tires. Ten minutes later after inspecting whey type I needed, my car was on the rack. So knowledgeable, professional and very kind. Check it out for yourself, you won’t be disappointed!!

This place is so RUDE RUDE the olny time we go there if we have to other than that its Elizabethtown Ky i think the same person owns both i been told u need check in at Radcliff my husband carry a tire inside the office the lady working Sat morning real RUDE take that tire out of here whats the difference there is tires all over the shop i understand if everyone brings a tire in but RUDE RUDE next time i probably drive up to Louisville taylorsville rd they are awesome there to

Went here in Radcliff, KY due to having a shimmy bad. Bought 5 new tires(since these were 5 years old) and wanted a front end alignment. Had to wait and hour for the 5th tire, they didn't have it, They also said they couldn't do the alignment because I needed upper and lower ball joints on the left side and a tie rod end to pitman arm replaced they were bad. Carl who was the gentleman that helped us was fine. Did to leaving the area the following day we declined the work that they couldn't do for 2 days later. I scheduled an appointment with Big O in Hamilton,OH and Marvin there found nothing wrong with the ball joints or tie rod end and showed me. Marvin just saved me approximately $1000.00. thankyou Marvin, and he aligned the front end, which it needed.
