I was stranded with my daughter, transmission issues. Within a half hour we had a tow and then the driver gave us a ride home. Can't express enough how grateful we were for that.

Billys towing was awesome to work with! They arrived in record time and showed up with smiles on their faces. The service man they sent was top notch in customer service and his partner was a pleasure to work with also. Unfortunately I didnt catch either of their names. Great fast service, super friendly, great price, and family oriented! After calling around to several towing companies checking prices, Billy’s literally had the best prices in town, with today’s economy that was exactly what I needed to hear!The driver was very professional and prompt and actually arrived sooner than expected though they were busy taking care of multiple customers.Upon talking with the driver, I learned these guys also do auto repairs as well, he was very knowledgeable about cars, so I booked an appointment to get my Tahoe checked out.Honestly I could of took the car I had towed by them to them, yet I had already had the repairs booked somewhere else which they spoke highly of the mechanic I was getting it towed to, which let me know I was in good hands either way.I highly recommend these guys!

They are BEYOUND the best, most reliable and really decent people and the younger guy with short curly hair he is really smart about cars. I recently had a heart attack and since and before my heart attack and this guy didnt know me or my history and he was just kind and smart about mechanics. And he arrived quick and didnt take no time at all really. So thank you billys towing and recovery!!! god bless yall

They showed up quickly and the price was very fair for a tow. Also kept my car safe while we had to go out of town and helped fix my issue while we were gone too

I was in a rough situation and these guys were fantastic! They had by broken vehicle picked up really fast and eveyone I dealt with ws very nice as well! Would reccomend for sure!

Quick and affordable! The tire on my van went completely flat and I didnt have a spare. He showed up in 5 minutes to my location and drove it to the discount tire for us for only 100$. Most companies ask 150 JUST to hook up! Paying was quick and easy to. Everything went smoothly. No complaints here!

Billy at Billy's Towing is so Awesome! Anyone looking for The Best Towing Company in the area, He is the ONLY ONE to call! I needed a 30 mile tow straight on Dixie Hwy from Radcliff to Louisville after my car break down nightmare. He got my car there and I was able to Venmo him without meeting him in person. Just from talking on the phone, he showed his Professionalism, Kindness and Trustworthiness. Can't Thank You enough Billy! Blessings to You and your family through this cold holiday season. Billy towing services rock. I was broke down in E town needing a tow to Louisville. After calling several other tow companies, I found Billy 150 less than any other company. Furthermore, he was at my location within 30 minutes of my request. Thank you for amazing service ❤️

Was stranded due to a fuel leak and was referred to an emergency tow service who left me there for two and half hours with no response. I called Billy's and they had a truck there in 20 minutes, reasonable and easy to work with, highly recommend
