I had a great experience at the Radcliff store! Friendly and very helpful staff. The manager was very patient with me with all of my questions when I was getting a new phone. The store became busier while I was there, and the staff handled the flow professionally and efficiently. I applaud the manager for her knowledge and dedication to the company. She took pride in her role & should be recognized for her impressive customer service!

Terrible communication with the customer. Signed me up for autopay without my knowledge, led me to think I would leave with a case and screen protector, then acted like I was an idiot because I asked a
bout it. I will drive the extra 20 minutes to another store before I ever make another purchase there.

I went to pay off my phone and got a new one. One of the new employees was assisting me this day. Isaiah, I belive that was his name. Very nice Man and did a really good job in helping me.

Had an appointment at the Radcliff, KY Verizon this morning; it was scheduled online. Informed the app that I was on my way and headed over there. I arrived on time.
However, there was only one rep on duty and she was helping another customer, who I believe walked in just prior to me, so am unsure if they were a walk-in or not
After I still wasn't helped after waiting 15 minutes past my scheduled appointment I left and went to Xfinity, where I was helped immediately and without an appointment.
I would suggest in the future not to offer scheduled appointments if you are unable to honor them,.

Very unhelpful. I had a problem with my Hotspot. Was told to send it in under warranty. After explaining that I had already called the warranty company & they said the box needed to be troubleshot I was still turned away with no further help. Go to the location in Elizabethtown. Their customer service is much better. They solved my problem in store!!
