“I can without a doubt recommend Willie & Mel's they are a good shop with great people and they do really quality work. I've just recently made my second trip here from Nashville, and like the the first time it was totally worth the trip! They have done multiple things for my car and I have been extremely pleased with all of it.

They have done a full ceramic tint job for my car, which was front windshield, driver and passenger windows, rear quarter panel windows and rear window. In the process of applying the rear tint they needed to remove some aftermarket louvers I had on the car. Unbeknownst to me as I bought the car used the previous owner had practically glued them on. They guys at the shop ended up having to take and do a lot of extra work and a lot more time to get them off to do the tint installation. Yet they still took their time and did it with great care, they treated my car as if it was one of their own cars. When they replaced the louvers they made sure they were once again securely attached. I wouldn't have blinked an eye if they had charged me more for the additional work they had to do, but they just charged me the original amount I was told.

As I have a car that is high on car thieves want list, I also had some aftermarket security upgrades installed, a Compustar Remote Start/Alarm and IGLA immobilizer. With the Compustar they listened to what I wanted and what the theft considerations I was needing and wanting to protect my car against, and gave me recommendations that fit the bill. Including remote monitoring, 2 way remotes and additional siren. As for the IGLA calling it just an immobilizer is a disservice. It is the ultimate immobilizer, even if you give your keys to someone or a thief programs a new key for your car(which they won't be able to do if you add that option for the IGLA) they are still not driving away with your car. The IGLA will either not let it start or will shutdown it down when put into gear. There is also an anti-carjacking option available which I also added on and you probably want to think about it too.

If you have a car that is high on thieves lists recommend you call Willie and Mel's and see what they can do for you. Or if you are just looking to get some tint done, again they did an outstanding job and charged a fair price. Heck if you need anything else they deal in such wheels, tires, or anything else, I'd check them out before anyone else. If I need anything else done for this car or my next I wouldn't hesitate to again do the drive up here from Nashville. I can't recommend these guys enough.”

“I've had the run around from 3 other companies in Etown (a mechanic and 2 body shops) trying to solve the mystery of rainwater flooding my floorboards. I went to AGP to have a water test done because I was previously told by another company that I had an issue with my windshield seal. SafeLite wouldn't even test it because it wasn't their windshield, they just wanted to do a full replacement. AGP ran a water test first thing and quickly discovered that the seal in fact was not the issue, the windshield was completely fine, but that the drains were clogged (and some blocked by a mechanic's previous attempts to block mice from accessing the blower motor). They efficiently unclogged the drains, and the water released immediately. I'm so glad I went here first instead of trusting the whim that the seal was bad. The fellas at AGP were very nice and thorough. I will definitely return here if I have issues in the future! The ladies up front were also very kind!”
