Not happy. I told them I had to be a day late. They put it on my credit I was late. It dropped my points. They said they would not do that but did. I don't know what would help by calling the number you gave.

Women are uppity with no valid reason to be. Did not go for a high interest loan,was sending money to my CC which they promptly screwed up costing me another 5 hours on phone fixing!

Mary (the general manager) needs to learn hospitality or just human decency. YOU TREAT EVERYONE WITH THE SAME RESPECT. Very rude. Once I walked in she didn't even look at me. I was the only one in the place. Then asks what I'm there for. While still not looking at me. Then tells me to hold on and she walks in the back. Very rude service. I will not be back.

Mary has great customer service. She knows all her customers by name as soon as you walk in the door. Always willing to work with you if you have a problem. She is a stickler about rules and regulations. Always sympathetic and empathetic.
