Today I was in the Abound branch in Radcliff on Lincoln Trail. I was warmly greeted by Shelonda (#1136) and she was attentive to my transaction needs. She answered all of my questions and when she was interrupted by another teller, Shalonda actually apologize to me for the interruption, which was not her fault. At the end of our transaction, she asked me if there was anything else she could do for me and then thanked me coming in today.

I have never had a problem that the staff members of this branch couldn't help me solve. There is a spectacular array of truly amazing people who work there. They are very friendly and helpful. Amy and Sam have always been there for me. And the loan officers are beyond magnificent. Amy is one of a kind. She bends over backwards to help out in any way she can. I honestly believe she deserves a significant pay raise.

We have been blessed to be assisted by Ms Karina. She is always willing to go the extra mile, whether it's looking up a VIN or setting up our business account. Woo-hoo! ? On May 3rd, I stopped at the Radcliff branch to get some cash out for my grandson's graduation gift. Teller name, Amy was helping me with transaction. I needed $50.00 bills but she didn't have any in her drawer and none of her coworkers had it either. I didn't really want $400.00 IN all 20.00s but I had no choice. Amy then told me she will be back. She was gone about 5 minutes and came back with 4 of $50.00s. She went extra miles to satisfy customers. I was very happy and impressed. I felt so much better putting 50.00s instead of 20.00s in the card. Thank you very much Amy. You have made my day.

I've been to this location a few times and have never had any issues. They do stay a bit on the busy side but the line moves decent. I'm not a drive through person so I go inside.
