Exhaust all other options before utilizing this branch. I, and multiple others, showed up to our retrieve a reservation and found there was no car available. Additionally, they offered no solution to provide me with a car. If you can get transportation to the airport, you will be much better off and save yourself hours overall.

Absolutely horrible. We leave out of state tomorrow morning (Sunday) at 5am. Told Enterprise in Radcliff we needed a 3rd row SUV 6 seater. They told us they had an Exployer for us so we had reserved it. We were to be at their establishment at 1pm. When we arrived, the man behind the counter told us they only had a 5 seater and try again Monday. ALL other car rental establishments are now closed. We have no vehicle to go out of state. Will be contacting BBB considering the horrible reviews of this branch.

I recently rented a vehicle from Enterprise in Radcliff Kentucky. The employee stated when I got the car to bring it back with the fuel level where it was left at when I got it. I received the vehicle with 354 miles until empty and when I brought the vehicle back yesterday I filled it up and dropped it back off with 366 miles until empty. This location charged me 18 dollars saying the tank wasn't filled. This contract says I owe 31 dollars. That fuel charge needs to disappear before I pay the difference. I'm leaving this location a negative review for the trash service on this charge that is unjustified.
You might have the actual worst customer service on the planet. Wrongfully charging people and then not wanting to fix it. DON'T EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION, THEY ARE A JOKE

My husband rented a vehicle from Enterprise in radcliff to drive to the airport as we were going on vacations when he got there the person he dealt with complained that he should not have been able to rent a car for one day due to the holiday and that he had to see what he had available He said all he had was an upgrade. He was told that we did not need or want an upgrade. He told my husband if he wanted to cancel he could cancel. Got the car it was on quarter tank of gas ,no walk around inspection and was charged an extra fee for retrieving the car We reserved online weeks in advance. , we had to go through several people to get this resolved. I would not recommend the Radcliff Enterprise to anyone Service was horrible bordering on fraud. The owner of this establishment should really take a look at how it is run. We prefer to use local establishments but will never use the Radcliiff Enterprise again.

My wife had to get a rental vehicle because she had a auto accident, the guy that hit her insurance company paid for said rental vehicle. We got there a few minutes before they opened and my wife was second in line. They got her taken care of quickly and the gentleman that was waiting on her found her another vehicle because the one she was supposed to get was damaged. I recommend that anyone who needs a rental vehicle should give this location a try, they will take care of you. 5/10/24, my wife went in to make sure that they had all of her information correct.

My car broke down last week
I called and made a reservation over the phone, on my to the office. I got there and showed the guy my confirmation number, he said I wish they would have told me. I don't have anything or even enough for my rentals tomorrow (last Saturday).
Now I'm trying to reach out to them and I can't through to the local office.
Also, one of the representatives supposedly escalated my ticket and said someone was supposed to he calling me, its been almost a week and I haven't gotten any phone call.

This is the worst company out there. They have no customer service at all. I will never rent with this place ever again. And I recommend that everyone to go anywhere but here.

Tried to rent a vehicle from this location. The morning that I was supposed to pick it up they called me and stated they didn't have any vehicles to rent, I told them I would take whatever they had in case the model I chose was out of stock. Was told that no they just didn't have any and would t for the next several days. Why would you let me go through and make a reservation if you didn't have any vehicles to rent in the first place. Seriously screw these guys. Will never rent from them again, Hertz or Budget only from now on. Screwed my entire weekend getaway up.

I rated the other enterprise, a one star because when I had concerns and questions about a vehicle, I had just rented they were not met. Abby at Elizabethtown was little to no help in making me feel safe!! But when I drove from the enterprise in Elizabethtown to the enterprise in Radcliff! The lady and gentlemen Radcliff traded out my car that was clanking and making noises that I was very concerned about with no questions no issues and the lady even let me know if I had any problems let her know and that she was very sorry for the way I was treated in Elizabethtown. Radcliff even called checked on me later that day to make sure everything was fine and if I had any issues to let them know!! I’ve always trusted enterprise, but after the experience in Elizabethtown, not so sure. I feel like if you are renting a vehicle you should feel safe and comfortable. But if I ever need a vehicle again, I will only be dealing with the Radcliff enterprise!

This was an insurance rental. I was given a price wherein I would have to pay a few dollars what the insurance offered but when I got there she had found a lower rate so I didn't have to pay anything extra.

Using a browser I added an additional week with ease. My return experience was also great. Five minutes and received the final paperwork. Doubt I will rent at the airport. Always a hassle there. These off-airport Enterprise locations are a piece of cake ?
