It was the busiest time of year with 5 high schools having prom at the same time and you guys just nailed it in our experience. Not only much cheaper than E'town but it was like having a family member taking care of all the little details and looking at different options and asking us to bring in the outfits and showing us samples and allowing us to process and be selective and probably a little bit annoying that makes this place stand out! “I sent my mom a birthday bouquet/balloon and it was even nicer than the online photo. I requested a specific flower and they included it in the mix. The delivery was on time and I ordered the day before. I would definitely order from them again!”

“I want to give them a better rating, and their bouquets are beautiful. This is the second time my husband has ordered flowers through the shop. The first time I got the flowers and some of them were dying and or broken and only lasted like two days. This time he spent close to $80 for anniversary flowers, yes the bouquet is pretty but there are flowers missing petals, ones that are squished into themselves like the middle of the flower, and some that are turning brown on the tips already. I just got them about 5 mins ago, and spending that type of money on flowers you expect them to be in the best shape and that you get what you pay for. I understand that flowers are fragile, but happening two times in a row and for the price, I expect them to come not dying, missing petals, bent or broken, and lasting for more then a day or two with proper care.

Thank you for the response and the explanation. They were handed to my husband so not left outside. Also so you know the next day I had several dead flowers already on top of how the others arrived. I also appreciate you offering to make it right. My husband ordered them and will be calling soon or stopping in to see what can be done. Hopefully after this all gets handled I can update my rating and add another edit to my review.

The owner came through in a amazing way. She brought me a beautiful silk centerpiece for fall, for our dinning room table. It's gorgeous. Thank you to Sherry for making it right and going out of here way to make sure her customers are happy and satisfied. Will definitely go through her again.
