“Had a stolen delivery from my neighbor for a celebration bouquet of my 9 months breastfeeding :) Julie personally called me & we talked about it, trying to figure out what exactly happened. They had the driver come back to our duplex and personally bring my brother the bouquet that was originated for me that they retrieved from my neighbor, and also added an extra bouquet as an apology. So beautiful & so thankful for Julie & her staff. Amazing customer service & beautiful flowers.”
