Went to get my oil changed and car started smelling of gas. Turns out they didn't put the cap back on.
Mr. Bob came and took care of me on a Friday after closing l. Drove a half an hour out of his way to get me fixed up.

I was on my way to a trip with some students when I experienced an issue with the exhaust system in my diesel truck. When nobody else was willing to look at it, they got right on it and fix the problem quickly. They got me back on the road a lot quicker than I expected. If I lived nearby, they would get returned business.

Harold’s is a good place for more complex issues but do not go there for an oil change or tire rotation. They charge an arm and a leg! They do a good job but there’s no reason to charge ridiculous amounts!

Bring my car 5 times here for the same issues, and I spend 1,500 with them to fix my oil leaks, they said you have warranty but went you take the car they take 2 weeks with you car there bc they have more cars in front , and now my car is making a noise and all what they said is oh we don’t work with something else, don’t waste your time and money in this place until if you wants

I was very pleased with the service. I had some damage to my undercarriage that I needed removed. While that took less than 30 minutes to remove; it was brought to my attention that one of my tires was in terrible shape. I'm very appreciative for them pointing that out. They had offered to put my spare on, but I didn't have a spare. Meanwhile, I made an appointment with a tire company & Scott reiterated how important I drive with caution & to get that taken care of immediately. I did exactly that & now my car is safe again.Thank you so much for going above & beyond,Tina
