I bought a car there and the tire light sensor was on. Their fix for it was to add air in it. worked for two days and now it's needs air every two to three days? they also said they would fix the rims that had been curbed. they fixed two of them but not the third one? is there not some kind of inspection process the used cars go through before they are sold? I also have to get the hood re painted because of some bird crap the burned into the clear coat. was told they could buff it out? that hasn't happened yet either?

Brought my daughter to Swope back in August to purchase a vehicle( that she is very happy with) Was told I would be getting a check since I also bought a vehicle from there. For whatever reason it took almost 2 months to get that check. Errond Wesley not only made sure I finally get it but brought it to me him self. He goes out of his way for his customers . I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him.

We are repeat customers of Mr. Errond Wesley and he’s the man. He’s friendly and curious while at the same time very helpful and knowledgeable about his vehicles. He works with you and makes you feel like family. Not once does he pressure you. He explains the vehicles and their options then leaves it up to the customer. This is the most frustrating experience that I have been through, this being my first car brought through a dealership. Buying my car was the best part…upon purchasing my car I had noticed that the clutch was high and had voiced my concern to service. We scheduled an appointment to get my car looked at which upon inspection found out that the clutch needed to be replaced. Since the clutch should have been good when I brought the car because they had cleared it, I’m assuming this is something that the SERVICE MANAGER is responsible for. It took them 3 WEEKS to fix my clutch and between then I never got a call updating me. I had to go in and speak the the general manger. After that I get my car and realize that my gears are grinding so I make an appointment for service for once again. Tried to oil my breaks and the Lugnuts were over tightened to the point where the key for the rim was stripped when I tired to take off my rims. I let them know after they bled the clutch to fix the grinding gears and when I got in the car to take it home the gears were still grinding. At this point I have been more than patient and understanding. The service manger gets in the car and repeatedly putting the car in different gears saying “that little noise right there” yes that noice that’s why we brought it in, in the first place. So if this vehicle has been a problem why wasn’t it checked before clearing me to take it? I also let him know that the cap the the clutch fluid wasn’t even screwed on when I had piped the hood, if that fluid has gotten into my engine it would have obviously been a problem. When I mentioned this to him I was ignored. And finally today I took my car in for what hopefully will be the last time for a while to get serviced for my gears. I left my car at 8am and I never received a call to pick it up, I go to pick up my car and service is closed so they have me call him from the phone. I express to the SERVICE Manager that I’m beyond frustrated at this point because obviously that’s my car I need to know if they need to keep my car longer , and he talks to me like he’s doing me the favor? This was their mistake , and I tell him that and all he seems to be able to tell me is that it isn’t and that this conversation isn’t an argument. He is absolutely right it wasn’t an argument I was stating facts. Disgusted with how everything has been handled on their end and unless you wanna jump through hoops I would not recommend. If I could get them a zero I would.

Traded in a vehicle for another, everyone single person involved did their best to work with me I order to get me into what I was wanting to obtain. Errond, Adam, Patrick etc all did their best to assist me. Fantastic customer service, and the feeling of open arms that the whole store projects out to every customer is amazing. I definitely recommend going to them if you are in need of an upgrade.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a car lot! Errond was the best sales person I could have. Everyone there is friendly, the environment felt like a big ole family. I will definitely come back here to buy another car!! September 14th, 23 I took my car to service to get my volume button fix. September 15th, 23 I called to see if my car was done, lady said yes we had to order your part when it comes in we will set an appointment. I get up there to pick up my car I’m driving around once I parked I smell oil burning and my car was smoking. I open my hood seen none of my caps were on, my oil went everywhere on my car so bad that the oil was dripping from my hood. Service manager went to drive my car to the shop when I was half low on oil, I said no this will need to be towed. Manager has no idea how to run his shop. They can not explain what happen when they shouldn’t have been under my hood. Manager got mad about the situation when it was on them and their mistake not mine. They could have ruined a brand new 23 outlander. This is not the only time they have messed up my car, back when I first got it I had them plug my tire and these fools missed the plug less than a quarter and refuse to call me back about the situation. So I had to replace a whole new tire, Because the whole was too close to the other one. They need new management! I’m the 3rd one, I know of from just this week that has had problems with service department. It’s sad when the salesmen have to handle the situation. Very disappointing! I’m thankful to have Errond and Jeff to be able to help me with my issue with service department!

Had a top-notch experience working with Gerald. Went to several different dealerships in town and found ourselves right back to Swope working with him. He listened to our wants/needs/budget and worked swiftly to make sure every box was checked. He was professional, confident, knowledgeable and my favorite, not the "typical" pushy salesman. They fix my car quickly and properly. I paid for an alignment still have a bit of a pull to the right they didn't fix and they don't believe in putting paper down in your car when they are in it. They left grease on my fabric floor mats, on my fabric front driver's side seat, passenger seat and on my door panel arm rests as well as my center console.
