I do my personal business there and this is the friendliest bank I've ever had. the people are super friendly and help in any way they can. They also are very friendly to pets coming thru the drive thru. My dog loves coming here because they spoil him. BEST BANK.

I'll just try to call up there and for some reason. They put me on the phone with the woman named angel. The one that everyone says is a rude b****, And it's true she is very rude so she's black so I guess she thinks she's entitled but she is rude and I will not be starting an account at this bank because the woman angel is her name is really stuck up and rude.

Not friendly at ALL. Called to get help with my account and the lady. Her name was angel at the radcliff one just kept huffing over the phone like she didn’t even want to help. Immediately hung up and found a different location! I will NEVER BE back to this one :)! Hate your job quit!

I was trying to get a notary for my secondary dependency applicants. The employee offered me a free notarize service while they realize I am a service member. I did not expect this place to be military friendly, but I am truly appreciated for their offer. Thanks! This is a great place, I will get my dad open an account with Cecilian Bank!
