The people that work here and deliver the mail leave something to be desired. They are rude and unprofessional at the highest level. I've never been so disappointed to have deal with people.

Terrible service. Been having trouble for over a month with getting mail at new address, have been to post office 4 times to verify new mailing address. Put in complaint got a phone call, didn't understand directions because it was a duplicate process, said the f word once, not even in anger, was hung up on. If you can't deal with people over the phone you shouldn't have a job. I've done what I was supposed to numerous time and you guys are failing to do your job. Pathetic.

They are currently open but haven't turned their phone on yet. My husband scheduled a delivery to happen on 4/16 when someone would be home as it's signature required.
4/16 came and went and no package, yet regular mail delivered. 4/17 he tried to call to see if someone needed to stay home to receive the package or if he could pick it up on Saturday. But he couldn't reach anyone.
The automated system isn't meant for day-of situations and promises results in 3-5 business days.

$150 order and I'm stuck with nothing no answers and no Lt sure what to do next. I got a notification the package was left at the parcel box. I go and get the key left by mail person, open the lock and retrieve the box. Open It and it's not what I ordered. I then realize, it's not my package. The key goes to the box , so the key left to me by the mail runner , was for another apartment. Now I have to wait and hope whoever did get the package doesn't do what I did and Not given it back. I'm not even supposed to worry about things like this. I returned the package to the rightful owner and they just went inside so , just stuck. That's wild.

I'm not usually one to leave reviews, especially less than 4 stars cause then to me it's not usually worth it. But I will not be dropping off to this location anymore or dealing with it unless I have to; which is upsetting cause it's my closest one and a couple employees are very nice (which is why theres even a second star). But I've had FIVE packages go missing from here recently (almost 3 weeks ago now; all dropped off at the same time) and gotten zero help the 3x I've tried calling the past couple weeks. I was just talking to someone who's name I believe started with a K and sounded very laid back and got hung up on; which wasn't appreciated. While I was asking if they could possibly be looked for there since they were never even scanned in as received. And they said that things leave there every night and it's probably stuck at Louisville; which to me just sounds like blame transference. Not worth the frustration anymore to go here cause this is actually the third time they've lost something since March last year.

Their automated system refuses to accept my tracking number as a valid number. Their facility near Nashville, TN is only 2 hours away from my home address. The package has been moving through their network since January 8th. I tried to speak with an Agent, but they would not let me until I provided a valid tracking number. The tracking number is valid because it worked when I was checking the status of the parcel. The VAMC had to use UPS to get my partial medication. It only took one day to receive it.

I have a small used book business ( SHOESTRINGBOOKS) and I ship books 📚 all over the USA. I LOVE the staff at the Radcliff Post Office. They are helpful and pleasant. Very professional. I am thankful for their hard work.
