Absolutely the worse customer service. Employee did not know what comes with a taco salad and instead of asking a supervisor he wanted to argue and stand his ground. Had to go inside and talk to a manager who was extremely professional and refunded our money.

I went through the DT at Wendy’s today 3/12/24 @ 12:09pm. I can say that I got my order quickly, which was just a drink.However, the lady in the DT was not pleasant at all. Maybe she was having a bad day, which I would understand, but the customer service shouldn’t be impacted. When I pulled up to the speaker, she loudly and unenthusiastically greeted me. I was thinking it was the speaker, so I basically ignored it. I ask for just a moment, and she says nothing. She must have forgotten I asked for a moment, so she loudly and once again, unenthusiastically, greets me again. I then order and pull to the window. She tells me my total, I hand my phone out the window to Apple Pay, and she says “what is this.” I respond and say “Apple Pay”, to which she takes my phone out of my hand, says nothing, then hands me my phone and receipt. While sitting at the window, I observed employees in the store with hoods on their heads while cooking, but not wearing hats?I will be back in the future, but definitely wanted this brought to your attention. Thanks.

The word that comes to mind about Wendy's this visit is "meh". The food was just ok. The staff all seemed to want to be somewhere else. They were helpful and all but they seemed distant and detached. No smiles, no chatter among the crew. Just "meh". I don't expect song and dance but I felt like I was intruding on them. I stopped in about 6pm-ish and there were two cars in the drive-through and about two other people in the dining room. I would think it would be busier at dinner time. Maybe the people of Radcliff know something that I just found out?

This morning I went to get breakfast and when I pulled up she said you can order when you're ready. I went to order my food and she said it that all? I responded just a sec. She replies pull around to the second window. I said I'm not done. I said hello I'm not done I'm not pulling up. I repeated myself a few times. Finally the same girl comes on and says I heard you and says it with attitude...okay if you heard me why did you ignore me? Also, keep in mind there were NO cars in front of me. She didn't ask me what else I needed and I said you know what okay I don't even want anything else. I pulled around and asked to speak to the manager. I told her her employee was very rude and all she said was I'll report it to the general manager. I see her talking to the girl and the girl smiles. My food was not even warm when it was handed to me. It feels like I was served cold food intentionally. The employee who was rude is Alyssa. I don't know the managers name. Save yalls money and time and go somewhere else cause anywhere is better than here.

They only care about doordash and make it very clear.The price they charged didn't match the menu board and they wouldn't fix it. My $13 combo ($11 on the menu) didn't include everything it is supposed to.Per their website the baconator has 2 patties ? cheese ? 6 slices of bacon ? ketchup ? & mayo ?.My meal was $2 more and so damn dry that I couldn't eat it. ?3/4/24. 7:50 - 8:15 for a to go order.

Curtis overcharged me for a combo meal. Menu listed price as $13.29. Curtis charged me $13.69 then tried to tell me that the extra $$ was the tax. The tax was listed separately. Manager said the same thing. Last time Curtis screwed up my order and I told him so this time. He got very defensive and said he did not mess my order up last time. Then proceeded to say I was irate and wrong about being overcharged. Curtis is rude and condescending and I will never go there again!!
