I bank at several banks and this one is the best. I closed out a couple of accounts at other banks to bank with West Point bank. They are friendly and their ATM allows deposits! WIN WIN!

I have always favored local banks over large banks, and West Point has earned my business in Radcliff. Not only are the staff there incredibly nice and helpful, but Tonya always greets me by name when I walk into the building. If you are looking for a loan for commercial properties or new construction, they have programs that will help you out with them as well.

I have a checking account there and the would not let me cash his paycheck even thou we are both on the checking account . I did it all the time when it was united bank. Dumbest thing I ever heard. United was 1000 more customer friendly than west co will probably close my account and go to a back that will let you cash your husband pay check
