One person working the counter, long lines. Take a lawn chair. They aren't worried about their jobs- it's the federal gov't. That is as long as they complete online, mandatory, "socialist indoctrination" training. Note: This post was not approved by the DNC, or US postal system.

Several important pieces of mail still months later never been delivered! asked the mail carrier and he just brushed me off and didn't even look to see if some of my mail maybe had dropped in his car nothing. Another government agency who needs to get their crap together and actually hire people who do their jobs until then expect to lose important mail. They have lost my mail up to 23 times In the past 3 months or so now and they all act like well maybe it just vanished into thin air and they don't check for it!

My local post office, fast quick service, no issues in the last few yrs. All the employees are helpful and professional. I own a business, so its convenient for me to use the drop box and go. They also have a drive thru customers can use. Ive only had to go in a few times to ask a question. The office is in a odd location, driving is one way, so that cuts down on accidents in the parking lot. No they are not gonna answer phone at this location, the main location will answer during business hrs. Dont forget, Try grace and Kindness!

I'm having the same issue as a previous reviewer. No mail delivery for a week now, even though my informed delivery dashboard indicates mail for every work day. I can find no information on the USPS site regarding a service interruption for 29072. This is unacceptable. There are important items that have not been delivered.

As of lately, I have been having a HUGE issue receiving my mail. USPS informed delivery digest will tell me that I have mail and packages arriving and they never show up, or when they do it is DAYS later. Using USPS tracking my package show they have been delivered but I have not received the packages. As of recent, our post carrier left an "attempted delivery" note on the front door with ZERO information on what the package was, why it was unable to be delivered, when the redelivery would be attempted or if the post office would be holding it. I attempted to schedule the redelivery via the QR code and website but website kept saying article number not found. The following day I went to the post office to pick up my package and got nothing but rude customer service from the clerk that was working. Didn't even want to go look for it. That package was then delivered the next day. But the problem did NOT stop here. Today, I had two packages that stated they were out for delivery and then jumped to the status "held at postal office per customer request". First of all, I did NOT request this. I saw the lady that delivers my mail and politely asked her if she had any packages on the truck for me. I have NEVER gotten so much attitude from a person in my ENTIRE life. She was rude, nasty, had zero people skills and talked to me as if I was beneath her. She stated she had NO packages, refused to check and told me it wasn't her job to deliver packages and the post office holds them from now on. She then stormed off and left. Following her lovely instructions, I was inconvenienced and had to go to the post office a SECOND time only to be told AGAIN that they did not have my package and refused to even look for it. Saying it was out for delivery. I then asked if I could speak to the person in charge, who AGAIN did NOT want to help me or take my concerns seriously. In fact, she LAUGHED at my frustration. I was never rude and treated everyone I interacted with with respect and kindness. However, I CANNOT say the same for your employees. This is now an ongoing problem with my mail and I find it quite ridiculous that it seems next to impossible that I can't get my mail on time or in any timely fashion whatsoever. On top of that and the way that I was treated by the post office employees, is DESPICABLE. I am frustrated, disappointed, and appalled by this whole situation and find it quite amusing that none of your employees seem to have any set of skills, whether it be basic job skills or customer service skills. This is an issue that NEEDS to be rectified immediately.

This is my nearest USPS and I've frequently used this location. The staff is always very professional and helpful. They have a huge parking lot and also a drive thru mailbox so you don't have to wait in a line. Their hours are posted and I really like their Saturday hours, which is nice for people that work Monday thru Friday. Tip: the customer service lines can get pretty long so I'd recommend to visit them in the mornings when they first open.
