“this is an ICONIC bank so much better than all the other banks they can cash checks they can fend off robbers they are like super good at account opening and also at really everything you need from a bank they have super friendly tellers and these like super cool chairs inside but a super efficient drive through as well. I love this bank. It’s a great bank. It’s the BEST bank. Never use any other bank you don’t need to. CVNB is life!!!!! also they have a cute teller named shaun who’s like super good at banks”

“I switched from a bank called Whitaker at the time (an absolute snake), and have been a lot happier with this bank for the last 7 or 8 years. I've been lucky enough to not find out how this bank would act if my account hit 0 or negative. I've largely stopped using it because Discover offers a cash back debit card, but Discover doesn't do safe deposit boxes or physical locations. The folks in CVNB have always been friendly and helpful.”

“We have banked at 1st Trust Bank for over 15 years. Our previous bank charged fees for everything and gave very little to no interest. 1st Trust has free checking (with minimum balance - You must watch your balance), and they give you interest on your free checking! They have always been kind and helpful. They are a great local bank!”

The staff was incredibly helpful, and Robin, in particular, went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything. She took the time to explain all the details in a way that was clear and easy for my daughter understand. I also love that they follow up a couple of weeks after opening their accounts to ensure everything is going smoothly. It's clear they genuinely care about their customers' financial growth.
