I love the clothes at Belk. I shop at the one in Richmond Ky often, even though I live in Lexington. However, the store is filthy. The carpet hasn't been vacuum in awhile. The store needs new carpeting or could at least be vacuumed on a regular basis. I probably won't return.

Very nice, clean store with great employees. Reminds you of Macy's back in the day. Products are high end and reflect that in pricing. Great selections of clothing and accessories.

This is a smaller location and so the selection just isn’t here. All staff members are friendly and helpful. So we enjoy coming down. It’s a 123 mile drive.

I like this store. They claim huge discounts, but it's really the price items should be. They upmark everything to seem like there is real discount. Still, very nice items.

This place felt like the backrooms. It was a very wierd atmosphere and there wasn't an employee in sight. There did seem to be some sales and some decent values however. But it definitely felt creepy and isolated.
