Big Lots in Richmond offers amazing deals on furniture, home decor, mattresses, and household brands. The store has tons of random items, so shoppers never know what they will find. Prices are reasonable and there are often killer sales. The service is excellent with nice, helpful, and knowledgeable staff. The store is pretty clean, though there can sometimes be expired items on the shelves or a wish for more variety. Overall, it is a place with a little bit of everything for great deals.

I was greeted promptly and cheerfully by a worker who presented wonderful customer service during my whole visit. Her name was Kareeta Hardy. In Richmond, Ky. I felt so very welcome and she was extremely helpful.
