I've been to other BUC-EE'S and to this one several times. We arrived around 7:30pm on a Tuesday night so not a lot of activity. There are many gas pumps so you can fill your car up. The employees are nice & great you as you walk in the door. There are lots of clean bathrooms too. If you are into shopping or need some souvenirs, then there's lots to choose from! We purchased a Valentine's shirt. They also have food that is fresh. The fountain Diet Coke is good for $1.There were no BUC-EE's chips (yummy potato chips) - guess they ran out and don't make again til the next day?We were starving & grabbed a chopped brisket to go for just under $9. We should have skipped that! It was all fat with just about every bite! Yucky!Either they need to fix that or no more stopping for me!

We drove 4 and a half hours to come see what all the hype was about. Ok so it's huge. And it's CROWDED!! People from all over. We were there for about 2 hours. We ate first then shopped. So the good; plenty of parking. The store is clean. There are so many employees that if you need help it's not easy. Food is made fresh and they're sticking the shelves frequently. They have about 30 stalls in the restrooms and it's very clean. Private bathroom stalls with lots of toilet paper holders. Infact they have just a restroom cleaning staff that is present and cleaning as the day goes by. There is a ton of merchandise. From A to Z. You need it they have. If you do t need it you'll still buy it. And it's not that bad priced. The bad; it's way overhyped. It's very very busy and swarms if people. There is all an over abundance of merch and food selections. It's very overwhelming at first and you need to take a minute and take it all in. Some things are overpriced. The food isn't great and I wouldn't eat there again other than their fresh roasted nuts. Overview fun to visit once and it's an experience to say the least.

Buc-ee's is a large convenience store. And: Buc-ee's is also a gas station, and the gas station is very big and has many pumps! Basically, Buc-ee's took the "less is more" idea and stomped it into the ground with its massive, beaver-shaped paw. Which is fine. I'm always here for maximalism and excess, as long as I can observe and not partake, most of the time. The thing with Buc-ee's, though, is that there are so many things available here that you will probably want to partake eventually, so you will become a Buc-ee's participant without your explicit consent. You might become taken with the wall of beef jerky, or the bakery center with fresh cinnamon rolls, or the beaver nuggets sold at the checkout counters. There is something at Buc-ee's to delight and disturb you at the same time.As for me, I like a clean restroom, and this Buc-ee's has a clean women's restroom. It also has the option of paper towels or hand dryer, which I like. (Paper towels all the way. How is this even an option?) Everyone here at this Buc-ee's is all in on Buc-ee's culture, in the best way. So you will find excellent and fast service no matter where you are in the store.

My wife had heard of this business on the news one day; so we decided to check it out ourselves. It's an interesting location; although located like a regular gas station you do have to enter from the back side; definitely interesting set up.Upon arriving seeing all the 100+ gas pumps in itself are amazing. From our first observation it didn't appear to be that busy but the huge parking lot plays into seeming that way.Once we went to park there were literally 100's of cars. The outside of the store itself is festive in Buc-ee's decor with Buc-ee loud and large. As we entered the convenience store we were totally blown away: shopping carts in the store going left & right up and back.It was mind boggling to see all the different merchandise, beverages and foods, foods and foods.Beef jerky wall; deli and sausages; pastry; popcorn, clothes; furnishings; best brisket bbq and the list goes on and on.We just meant to stop in just to look and soon an hour was past.We watched them making the fudge, pastry and brisket right there. The staff all seemed to be having fun and energetic. Involved the shoppers. We also watched them prepare sandwiches of all types. Staff even checked dates the item were made and if beyond time they are removed from being for sale. We ended up buying brisket sandwiches ( which were very tender and sauce was very good; bought a new craft beer to try, a piece of fudge and some beef jerky. Before we left we had to just gaze of all the activities going on by customers and staff. All staff members being nice and helpful and engaged in their job positions. So many of their items made right on site. Oh and 1 last thing we filled up with gas as it was about 10 cents a gallon less then prior and after gas stations as we continued on our way. This should definitely be a stop of interest and some good value shopping and good gas prices. It like the Costco of Service stations.

Ok ok, I will write a review. Basically a giant gas station with a giant gas station store. Lots of jerky, lots of Buc-ees merch, lots of southern themed merch. Always packed, always. Tons of shoppers. They have great food bars, three or four different types of food. The reason you should stop, and I promise this is not hyperbole, the nicest, cleanest, and biggest bathrooms by any road in America. They have billboards that say "Bathrooms that make Moms smile." While I have not been in the ladies room to witness this, I do believe this is a very accurate advertisement. Solid and tiled walls between each toilet with a real door and clean. There is someone always cleaning.

My first visit to this Buc-ee's location although I have been a frequent customer at other locations. It's great to have another Buc-ee's location.I drive between Indiana and Florida often, and the two locations in Georgia are regular stops for me. This location is at the perfect spot for a refueling. And there are always gas pumps available, no waiting! One thing I like about Buc-ee's is the local flavor of each location. Here in Kentucky there are many horse-themed items.I love the regional cookbooks in each location as well. Since we don't have any Buc-ee's locations in Indiana I really appreciate Kentucky, Georgia, and Florida locations.

Now I've been to this Buc-ees in Richmond. It's actually bigger than I expected. They even have some cool UK stuff! Typical Buc-ee fare brisket, pulled pork, Texas stuff. But the gas is cheap and the pumps are plentiful. And the best heads/bathrooms on the road! Speaking as one who has land down in Texas, I feel at home every time I walk in a Buc-ees. Now if you guys can get someone to build an HEB here you will have the best shopping experience possible.

Wow! They offer many fun and interesting items! And the food is truly surprising! We had a protein pack with chicken, brisket sandwiches, and a fruit pack. All of it was delicious. My wife and I were both very surprised to admit that the brisket sandwich was the best brisket we've ever eaten. We make the drive down I-75 a couple times per year, and now plan to make Buc-ee's a must-stop on our future trips!

An experience of a lifetime! This is an amazing convenience store with lots of options! They have around a hundred gas pumps so no one has to wait for a pump. The store itself is huge and has everything from food options to knick knacks and souvenirs. One side is nothing but food options and the other has the knick knacks and more food.I purchased a few souvenirs as well as some banana pudding and a pulled pork sandwich. The banana pudding came in two sizes and was delicious! The pulled pork sandwich was a little pricey, but tasted good. Needed a little more sauce a s it was a little on the dry side. There could've been a place to add extra sauce, but was already in my vehicle by the time I noticed. This is by far the cleanest convenient store chain in the US. The restroom was spotless and had more stalls than any business that I have ever been to. This location wasn't as high tech as the ones I visited in Texas, but were more than adequate.I would highly recommend this location to anyone who needs to stretch their legs after a long road trip. I also recommend this location due to the selections offered. Very impressive!

Wow! This place surpassed our expectations. It wasn’t just a regular pump/ gas station but the best one I have ever go. The are owners of their great reputation, about their cleanness and tidy bathrooms. We shop souvenirs, food and gas with the best price during our vacation road trip. Please, give yourself the chance to stop, shop and enjoy this place if you traveling around this area (Mideast)

Buckees has the cleanest bathrooms and is such a nice place to find during a trip. Love the Brisket sandwiches, root beer with nugget ice, chips, banana pudding and candied pecans! I could spend hours shopping there if I had one near me and could go by myself when others aren't in a rush.I was able to grab the Christmas blanket and it's so soft and warm!

Very clean store. Lived up to its reputation for having everything imaginable and good gas prices. Most staff were very friendly & helpful. Plenty of holiday themed merchandise & everything from deer corn to home decor. Fresh pork, turkey & brisket sandwiches were continually being prepared. I had a pulled pork sandwich, which was tasty, but I was disappointed that the bun was dry & pretty tasteless. It really took away from the sandwich. Beaver Chips were good flavored kettle chips. I also bought some baked goods. I have to say that the scones were delicious. Cookies didn’t look so great, so I didn’t get any even though cookies are my go-to. Family members got cinnamon roll & blueberry muffins. No complaints from them. There were opportunities to have your picture taken with Buc’ee. We did not have to wait in line for check out. The things that I liked the least: meat chefs in the middle of the store often shout very loudly & enthusiastically what is coming out of the oven. It was very distracting & made other things hard to hear & enjoy. Also, there is no seating. There is plenty of hot food to purchase, but no seating to sit down & enjoy it. I understand that this a convenience store, but many much smaller convenience stores have a few tables. With floor space the size of a big box store, they could stand to put in a few tables.

Very large convenient store. Lived up to the hype, has the most fuel pumps I have ever seen at 1 store. Very busy, very loud atmosphere inside and out. Brisket was okay, hot and made fresh, pulled pork also okay, hot and made fresh, just wasn’t anything special. It’s a nice convenient store, do recommend it.

I wasn't sure what to expect of this location but I was pleasantly surprised. My husband wanted to just stop and get snacks and lunch and I wasn't sure. I got the chicken salad on a croissant and a container of raw veggies & ranch dip and I am telling you it was the freshest food! I wasn't sure how long it'd been sitting in the cooler area, but it must not have been long because it was so good. Don't be afraid to grab lunch as snacks the next time you're at a Buc-ees!

So my Mr. and I dropped by this monster gas station on a Sunday morning. I don't care what time of day it is, they are always going to be packed! If you get anxiety over crowds or can't wait in traffic, this is not the place for you. It's nots easy access to get in and out of. It's super busy and huge! When you go inside, it's like a Walmart but on steroids. You name it, they have it. We had to try the food. Especially the bbq. It smelled so good that we got a brisket sandwich to go. Was it good?! Yes! We could not wait that we ate it in the car right away. Also we Couldn't help ourselves so we bought a couple of souvenirs and more food. It's like the dollar tree, you can't leave out with just one item.I will say this... their bathrooms are super clean! So I can see why this place is a must visit. They are at the top of their game. It maybe overrated but I love it!
