Had to move to berea for my job, went to deposit money in thier ONLY location aftwr work amd wouldn't ya know, neither of thier 2 ATM's worked so now i have to take off an hour or more for work to drive back to Richmond to deposit money in thw store. Really getting tired of the ATM's not working..

If you need a bank with reliable ATMs, this is not it. Drive thru ATM works half the time and walk up ATM isn't much better. I have Chase accounts but often need to use another bank's ATM.

I have had the best service I have ever received at this location from Ian. I have had many difficult banking situations that have not gone well in person at other locations but calling and talking to Ian for just a few minutes he walked me through the process and was able to troubleshoot and problem solve turning my problems into solutions. I am enthusiasticly satisfied.

They look for any reason not to cash a check,even though it it from the same bank itself. They act as though you stole the check,and being very rude at that.They will find a Reason , they won't call the issuer of the check or they won't let you call them. Bad enough they charge $10 to cash it. I had one wrote $3000 twice from the same person. The women tossed it back to me saying I had to have 2 forms of id's,well a driver license and a id wasn't good enough, had to get the man who wrote the check to come to the bank, same teller,same thing the next week, I think it's a authority thing to several of them. It doesn't matter if I have 45 bank accounts if I want to cash it I should be able to with out all this hassle

I wish I could give zero stars. There’s a teller there that is extremely rude. Yesterday was the second time. I was told by her I’d have to make an appt to see a customer service person. She asked what it was about and I said there was an issue with our home equity loan. She said we don’t deal with those. I left and this morning my husband walked right in at the Hamburg location in Lexington and met with someone with no appointment that was friendly and helpful. We will never return to the Richmond branch.

Employee/manager did nothing within their power to try to help me cash my check, seemed smug when I asked if there was anything we could do. Very unhelpful. This is why I don't personally bank with chase. Can't cash it anywhere else either as their policies make it near impossible.

Went there to get a check cashed that was from chase bank. I did not have an account. The employees were all nice. I think the woman who waited on me was named Carolyn. She was very nice and helpful. Alot of banks can get really rude if you don't hold an account there, but she was super nice.

Went to change our small, veteran owned LLC to a sole proprietor in June. Had to drive 2.5 hours each way since we have moved to Tennessee. Come to find out, the paperwork was not submitted by this branch and even after resubmission, over 41 phone calls (most without being answered), our business account was locked and then shutdown. Total incompetence. I would recommend using a local bank who actually care about small businesses and customer support.

If I could give this bank zero stars I would. My husband called them to inform them of an unauthorized charge we had. They told him it was my debit card. He could cancel my card, but he was not allowed to request a new card for me. I was unable to call and request a new card for days. It then took a week to come in.I got my new card finally and tried to activate it. It wouldn’t accept my previous pin. I go into the app and see a manage pin option. If you enter your card number it sends you your new pin but takes 5-7 business days. I call the 1-800 number to see if they can help me because I need my pin today. They tell me to call the branch.I call the branch they tell me I have to come in. I inform them that my son has covid and is in quarantine, they tell me to come through drive thru. I live 40 mins from this bank. I am also so shocked that they would tell me to just come through drive thru. Like that’s how germs spread? So options are, I go, risk exposing others or I wait an additional week without a debit card, because I cannot activate this one.Needless to say, once my son is better, I’m switching banks.
