Took my 2021 Silverado to jack burford in hopes of finding out a squeaky break noise that only squeaks in reverse . I explained this to Natasha the service writer after I Dropped the truck off for a diagnostic check. She didn't even take the time to listen to my concerns and kept interrupting me like she was annoyed . Later that day she called and informed me that the mechanic found uneven break wear on the rear pads . My wife picked the truck up and went home . Fast forward two weeks I get home haven't driven the truck in a couple weeks since it was picked up the squeak was even worse . I called and spoke to the general manager explained the situation and he said the mechanic told him he never took the wheels off ,just drove it around the shop doing some hard breaking to dislodge the noise . Sounds dumb because they're causing more damage. Mechanics excuse was they didn't want to run the bill up on me but thats what that diagnostic fee is for . So I was charged 150$ for them to drive my truck around and take a guess what the problem might be instead of taking one wheel off and taking a look . I took the wheels off found the problem immediately. The general manager refused to give me my money back after admitting they where at fault but offered a small discount for my troubles like I would go back . It's fraud . Don't take your vehicle there, they are scamming people.

they Lie more than any business I've ever seen and they try to screw people the gm is not professional when I told him I had him on recording saying he would sell a truck at 58,000 he said I ain't selling you nothing now and stormed out of the office when we showed up he would give us the deal he said on the phone also the salesman said 3 or 4 times it comes with a 7 year power train when we show up with our cash to put down and go to close they denied it and said it only 5 year power train on a brand new never owned 2023 with hail damage I highly recommend people to go anywhere else or get a bicycle before buying here

have been a customer there for many years. Bought a brand new vehicle Chevy 2021 Custom Truck. when I called about the break issue. Natalie in service told me that it was not a manufacturer issue. No recall, however the truck was brand new! it was under warranty anyway. we took the vehicle elsewhere. they have persisted to call. aggravate and try to get us back to the point of harassment . James the service manager accused me of cursing Natalie in service, knowing that I have never done anything like that i. almost 20 years of service. They lied. They will continue to loose other customers.

When your truck transmission goes out while towing a camper and your 600 miles from home and you are stranded . Don't expect them to make an exception for you . "Sorry we are booked out 8-10 weeks on transmission work" Fortunately we had re-towed to someone who wanted to help at Southerland Chevy and we're back on the road in 2 days

I purchased a 2022 Suburban last week from Billy. He was great to work with and everything was exactly as it should be. I recommend giving him a call if you’re looking for a new Chevy.

they made the buying process very easy and offered alternatives to the vehicle I was buying to let me know they will help you every step of the way. I'm thoroughly pleased to have worked with them and will return for my next vehicle.

Me and my wife was looking to get a second car. After getting our first car from Jack Buford. We figured we would go back since we had such an amazing experience. After looking at the few cars they had. We checked out a Traverse. Test drove it there was a weird sound they fixed that. And then came back the next day to test it again. everything seemed to check out. So we got it. During the buying they said the battery was replaced. At first I was like oh cool. But thinking back on it should of asked more questions. Not even 2 days after getting it. The Voltage was going down to a low level. Barely got it to Auto zone to test the battery and alternator. Come to find out the Alternator was dead and needed replaced. Called the Dealership to inform them of the issue and to see if they would fix the problem to keep the customer happy after 2 days of having it. They said bring it in we can look at it. They call a day or 2 later saying yeah it's the alternator. And if we fix it that will be 1200 dollars. crushed and mad I told them to park it and had to tow it somewhere else. I would not recommend buying anything from them. After this experience I believe them to be a shady place of business. And the fact that during the inspection an Alternator isn't something to check just blows my mind! Too long didn't read. if your buying from them your going to get screwed over! Go buy somewhere else!

I was thinking about buying a used Chevy Impala from a co-worker and called Jack Burford's to schedule an inspection of the car. I had never been there before, never purchased anything and it was my first time calling them. I was planning on using them for service and maintenance if I bought the car. anyway, a male picked up after I was transferred to service dept, I said I wanted to get an inspection of a car I am thinking about buying. He said, We don't really do third party inspections, you would have to buy the car first and then we would inspect it. My jaw drops and even though he couldn't see it, I had a dumbfounded look on my face. What? are you saying? I should buy it first and THEN have it inspected? Doesn't that kind of defeat the whole purpose of an inspection! OK I thought, maybe some miscommunication or the phone reception going in and out or maybe I had a black-out, I don't know..something. So I explained that I wanted to make sure the car was WORTH buying. That it is in good mechanical condition. That the engine or transmission won't fall out in a hundred miles. silence, more silence and finally I said, can I ask why you don't do pre-buy inspections? He stammered, stuttered, mumbled and all I got out of it was "the customers get confused, we haven't done that in about 3-4 years". OMG THE CUSTOMERS GET CONFUSED. Yea, I bet it's the "customers" I mean really c'mon, what is this nonsense? Is it just me? Is this the norm? Wait a minute, maybe he was right. Because I feel confused. And I'm not even a customer. And never will be. I feel Thankful. Dumber for having had the conversation, but Thankful. Got lucky and dodged a bullet on that one.

I contacted Jack Buford Chevrolet sales team on 5/26/2021 to purchase a new 2021 Silverado . I spoke with their salesman JJ Dickerson. I told JJ the vehicle I wanted and that I had a trade in as well. With me being 2 hours away I sent all of my trade in information via text to JJ and told them I had to have 43k for my vehicle. JJ spoke to the sales manager Wesley Cummins and they both agreed to give me 43k for my vehicle which would give me almost 5k positive equity towards the new vehicle. After sending all of the new vehicle information including window sticker to my Credit Union they realized on the purchase order that the new vehicles price was marked up 5k from the original sticker price. I searched on their website for other vehicles and the selling price online matched sticker price. I contacted Wesley and he told me the online prices are wrong and they just did a market adjustment. They are refusing to honor sticker price.

I just purchased a 2020 Chevy Blazer over the weekend from Jack Burford. The whole process was so easy and professional. I want to give a special shout-out to my salesperson, Anthony Baldwin and the Sales Manager, Wes Cummins for their great work. It was BY FAR the best experience purchasing a car I have ever had! I would recommend them to anyone looking to purchase a car.

They will lie about your trade in so you will give it to them, will try to fight you on fixing your vehicle even with an extended warranty on it. Service manager is helpful but the GM shows little respect.

I took my Volt in for a service replacement on the passenger side mirror. I would love to give them 5 stars but when I called and got the mirror ordered they never called me back to schedule an appointment. Once I called them and got it scheduled they did an amazing job and were pleasant to work with. They were quick and the mirror looks amazing.
