Have rented from Enterprise 3 times in the last few months. Each time I have been very satisfied with the Service and overall professionalism of the Enterprise team. Will definitely continue to use Enterprise as the need arises.

Our truck broke down in the middle of a cross country trip. This was the only rental car place nearby and its conveniently located near the dealership where our truck was getting fixed. Abby was very helpful on the phone and understood that we were stranded and 4hrs away from our destination. She was able to fit us in for a same day rental and get us a vehicle that fits all of our luggage. Todd came to pick us up from the dealership and was very patient as we moved all our belongings over. Todd also drove us back when we dropped the rental back off. He was very professional and welcoming. Lane assisted us in the drop off process which was very fast and easy so we could get back on the road for our remaining 6hr drive.

Don't count on them if you're in a pinch, even if it's off peak season in the middle of the week.Sometimes car troubles happen, so you try to find a solution for a day or two to get things sorted out. Enterprise seems like a logical choice for this temporary solution. Then, when you're on your way to pick it up, you get a call that the reservation you made online last night isn't available, and they don't have ANYTHING available.Multiple times this has happened to us over the last year! Nevermind the fact the website said there were multiple things available for pickup at business open the next day; apparently their inventory management isn't very good and has no idea what is and is not available! Sure, Walmart knows where each candy bar is in transit for their store shelves, but Enterprise can't even accurately track where a $40,000 car is actually located!I'm sure if you can reserve multiple days ahead, they can have things ready for you. But don't count on anything extra being available on the lot in a pinch, even if the website says it's in place. Apparently $30 billion in worldwide revenue is not going towards inventory management software....

My personal vehicle was totaled for hail. So, my insurance company provided a rental. I was sent to my local enterprise. My expectations were high because I’ve had good luck with this company in the past. The insurance covered most of the smallest car rental, Nissa Sentra, but I had to pay the difference. The customer service rep walked around the car with me and showed me all the damages. The look of the car isn’t a big deal, but it should have been an alarm bell to the state of the rest of the car. After paying and take delivery of the rental I left their brick and mortar. Instantly could tell something was off. The smelled horrific. Like cigarettes and human stink. There was black grease smeared on the headliner and driver sun visor. The driver seat was nasty and stained and wasn’t completely bolted to the floor. It wiggled, popped, and shifted in place the length of my rental. The little Nissan was in dire need of maintenance. So much so, that the second to last day of my reservation I couldn’t use the car. It was having an electrical issue and I had to have the cars battery jumped. After getting the car running again warning signs for service start to appear. For regular maintenance as well as some sort of electrical malfunction it had detected. So, needless to say I turned the car in a day early. I spoke with the team on site at enterprise. They were kind and very apologetic. The receptionist tried to make it right for me, but wasn’t able to refund any of the cost. It was only $10.00 for me so I wasn’t stressing that. All in all, the best part about this whole interaction with enterprise was turning the car back over to them. I was thankful for the staffs empathy and it’s because of the hood people that’s I didn’t give this a one star. I’m not saying don’t go here, but do your due diligence and make sure the vehicle you are renting is in good shape.
