I got a flat tire one way back to Michigan from Tennessee. Luckily they had a new tire in stock and were able to get it fixed and had me on way right away. Very friendly and great customer service!! Would highly retimed.

HOW many workers does it take to change a light bulb? 💡 My daughter had her driver's road test and a bulb went out in the rear blinker. I walked in Firestone with my own bulb that I had in the trunk and asked how much it would cost to change out a blinker bulb. The guy at the counter said first thing we can't use parts that are brought in, so I asked okay how much to change the bulb and he said with parts and labor 110.00 dollars. Lmao I thought he was joking. Went to the wonderful Auto Zone down the street and they do it for free. What an idiot. Not a way to run a business. I would have done it myself but I didn't have the tool. Way to go Auto Zone Incident happen on 1-5-2026 approx time 1:00 pm. Step up Firestone and don't be so greedy for something so petty.

Eric was an excellent problem solver! My car needed a lot of work after a bad morning and everything was fixed by 3 PM the same day. He had lots of money saving suggestions and now I know my car is safe to drive.
