I give not only the hotel five stars but also the employees! I had rented at another hotel in town that was absolutely horrible. I was frantic and really stressed out from the other hotel as well as trying to find another place to stay. I called The Hampton Inn, they were very kind and helpful and had a room for me and my cousin and we were able to get in right away even though it was only about 10 or 11am! The Hampton Inn is very clean and all the staff is very friendly, kind and helpful! Thank you again for the love and kindness you showed me!

Close to enough to Berea, where we were touring the artisan areas, clean, nicely decorated. Had a nice, full continental breakfast. It was very busy when we stayed with high school football players staying for a game- which was very loud and busy, but that was hardly the hotels fault. Room was cozy and quiet, included a fridge, close to restaurants and main roads without too much road noise. Had digital check in and keys, so we never even had to deal with staff and had no problems that came up. Would stay again ?

I was told it was a 4 star hotel, but when walking in it looked like a 2 star hotel. I was then told it was a 3 star, that is also what google showed. The pool area was set to 75, way to cold and heated pool temperature using my new Apple Watch which is extremely accurate as used at many other places showed the pool temperature to be 83 which felt much colder. My girlfriend and I were cold in the pool. The rooms were ok, some modern and upgraded touches which was nice. Staff was good as well. All in all, it truly did feel like a 2 star, not a 3 star hotel.

The pool tile needs to be cleaned is the only thing I noticed. Everything else is terrific!! My 4 yr old grand daughter was bragging to her grandpa about how clean and beautiful her room was!! They were very busy. Shower products are very nice. Breakfast in the morning is wonderful!! Top rate!!Rooms: Clean, streamlined, well stocked. Beds are comfortable. Fridge, coffe pot with tea, ice available.Safety: Sanitizer stations available. Everything clean. Key cards only allow hotel guest access.Walkability: Shopping center across street. Restaurants nearby.

Amazing stay! They left rubber ducks in our room for our kids, and everytime we passed housekeeping they would give us more! My kids have about 10 new rubber ducks to play with. Continental breakfast was good, pool was bigger than other hotels ive stayed at. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here 7/15 and the facility is an older (yet somewhat updated) Hampton Inn. As a Hilton Diamond member I generally scout that detail out because there can be a BIG variance of rooms and amenities. After check in we were greeted to a total lack of water pressure in the room which made showering impossible for our family. The photo was with the pressure on high, and only trickled out of 1/3 of the shower head.The hotel was sold out on these dates so I knew no room change was possible. I spoke to the attendant (Amber) who was super nice and she mentioned that they had a "water issue" which left the rooms lacking hot water- then when that was rectified, the low pressure was "still needing to be fixed".She said she would "leave a note for the GM tomorrow" and I asked that he call me to discuss, but (shocker) never received a call the next day.My immediate thought was if you KNEW it was an issue why would that not be mentioned at the time of check in? We could have cancelled and pressed on driving 30 minutes more to a different location.Breakfast the next morning was very basic (as typical of Hampton Inns go) and nothing stood out. Room was clean and the housekeeping staff left a hersheys kiss and a small rubber duck on the tub, nice touches but the lack of follow up means never returning when back through, and will contact Hilton.Book the Tru down the street if you see this.

Happy to give a 5star on this. Super convenient off the expressway and very close to anything you may want/need from stores/restaurants near by. Bed was comfy, room was clean. Front desk was friendly, quick, helpful. Would be nice to have a hot tub or sauna and the "work out" room was quite small, but it is a 3star hotel and its more about a place to sleep over night, not a resort for hanging out at. It is a good place and would stay again without question.

i stay here every time i do a road trip from ohio to atlanta and it’s always a wonderful stay. the staff is always nice and pleasant and i definitely love the breakfast upgrades w. the waffle makers! my kids loved the mini waffles.Rooms: comfortable rooms and great upgrades.

They stole my wallet. When confronted they said they only take the valuable stuff, but upon further investigation my airpods and other valuable items were still in the room. They proceeded to say they took my wallet to the mangers locker, but i had to follow the maid to house keeping where she got my wallet off a table.

We stopped here twice on our way to and from HHI, SC. Both stays were very clean and nice! I am very picky about hotel cleanliness and this one has high standards, as well. It smelled so clean when we walked into our room! My daughter and I both love the light up make up mirror in the bathroom, and the rubber ducky was a cute touch! The food at breakfast was hot and good enough to get you started, and the front desk staff was nice. There is a Starbucks nearby, too! We would stop here again.Rooms: Super clean!

Stayed here overnight traveling. No issues. Check in was good. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Place was decent but not $160/night decent. Noted some run-down conditions in hallway areas. Breakfast was ok....

Very clean rooms with a great location. Front desk staff was extremely friendly and efficient. Unfortunately, her kind and accommodating approach to customer service did not extend to the breakfast staff. We have stayed in countless Hampton Inns and have NEVER encountered such rude and disrespectful staff members. First, the two who were responsible for maintaining the breakfast bar sat at a nearby table on their phones, only to look up when someone was incorrectly using the waffle maker and subsequently bark directions on appropriate usage, seemingly feeling accomplished at their ability to point out the incompetence of several guests. Second, I overheard another guest ask if someone could replace the orange juice, which was coming out like water, and they didn't even acknowledge him, acting as if they did not hear him. When I later asked the question, both looked at me like I was an alien and told me, "there is orange juice in the machine". I was followed to the machine and when they actually witnessed the water coming out in my cup, the response was, "do you not want that?" I politely said, "well, no" and then the cup was snatched out of my hand with an "I WILL throw it away." It was a degrading experience and not at all representative of the customer service we have received at every other Hampton Inn in which we have stayed.

We always stay here on drive to Florida. Rooms are always clean. During our last 2 visits the hotel had college athletic teams staying there who overwhelmed the breakfast area and clogged the entrance with their buses and vans. We were unable to get breakfast or pull up to the lobby to load our car before leaving in the morning. At 6:30 AM there were at least 20 athletes in the breakfast line and no seats available. Some people were sitting on the ground eating their breakfast. I'm sure the teams are a good revenue source for the hotel but the hotel needs to take in consideration how they affect the stay of other guests.
