“The business was closed for a while during mid to late 2025 due to supposed issues with the law of one of the new owners. Don't know if the stories were true or just rumors. After several months of not being able to retrieve a garment and giving up, like many other people, I noticed they were open again. I asked the person that seemed to be knowledgeable about their business status, and he said they were back in business. I have taken my business to them for over 10 years and will continue to do so because other than this hiccup last year, they have always been good, prompt, very cordial, and reasonably priced. The building is quite run down inside and thus, could definitely use a good remodel and cleanup, but that's irrelevant to the business. They also have someone that does minor alterations for them and that service is very prompt too. Will continue to go back there for their services.”

“Very nice and informative! Karla was very polite, friendly and helpful. It was my first time visiting and it was great compared to a shared apartment laundry room. I’d rather pay anytime and get treated respectfully.”
