Sat and watched the women working bounce back-and-forth between handling the money, dropping liver and making platters all with the same pair of gloves on. Yall this is what makes people sick ?

After the school dance Kids wanted to use their Spirit card at lees. First time going to the Richmond location. Pull to drive thru, back door is wide open out walks a man drinking sprite in 1 hand cell in the other ( while wearing his work gloves). We Order buy 1 get 1 chicken sandwiches- lady takes my phone for Apple Pay with greasy gloves on- then closes the window - I watched her makes the sandwiches with the same gloves on. Thankfully it was under $5 - threw them away and went to Kroger instead! Kids were hungry and tired- I will never patronize this kind of nastiness!

So our first experience with Lee's was in Berea and we loved it. However the same couldn't be said about the one in Richmond. The food tasted old and like it was cooked in month old oil. It took forever to get our order. Please it was a little aggravating just to get to the restaurant. I don't recommend this one at all.

I ordered a 12 piece 10 spicey 2 original chicken only! The chicken taste burnt. I called the restaurant and let them know. I was told that(by the cook) he would write my name down and I could just show up and they would kindly replace my order. I asked him if I needed to bring the chicken back because it was not eatable. I also explained that the clerk did not give me my receipt and he said that that was no problem. I returned to get a replacement order and the manager would not even come to the window to figure out my issue. The cashier at the window was rude and said it had nothing to do with her and that she just worked there. She was the same cashier that didn’t give me my receipt the last visit when I received burnt chicken. To top it off the chicken that I ended up purchasing was not even done. I really liked this place. I often purchased large orders for my employees. I was highly disappointed not because they didn’t replace my order but because they were so rude and didn’t show any concern about my poorly over cooked chicken.

I would love to rate them higher, but my order is always wrong. I have never been to a place that so consistently leaves out parts of my order. Cannot recommend.

Lee's has the best chicken of any franchise. Food is always great. Sometimes the orders are wrong, but it's always hot and delicious.Tonight (11/3/23) at 6, they were so busy. They stayed cool and collected. The cashier was a woman with dark hair that was so polite. There was also a man with tattoos on his arms that went above and beyond for some customers waiting, offering to come around and help carry food to some of the elderly customers. A good crew right now, for sure.

Out of spicy chicken at 5 o'clock, regular chicken was dry and tasted old. This is 3rd strike, will not be back. Very sad.

Went in and ordered 3 piece strip meal. Got a 3 piece meal (breast, 2 thighs) advised was supposed to be boneless strips. The lady took my food back and brought it back out to me and was told they didn't have any strips. Very unpleased with my visit and service I paid almost $11 for.

I walked in a half hour before the closing time stated on the door. The cashier ask if dine in or to go. I said dine in. She then took my order for food and ask what I would like to drink. As I was telling her what I wanted to drink another employee told her they were closed for dine in. She said she was sorry and cancelled my order. I went across the street and had KFC for dinner.
