I've exclusively shopped at Lowes for 15 years. That came to an end today due to an inability to get any customer service assistance online or in store. No one willing to take the time to fundamentally assess and assist my situation with a product that had a five year warranty but was two years old. Lowes BRAND product at that. Supervisor gave me contact information for a skincare company. She said to contact the developer to get a receipt... It's a non-serialized product, the receipt proves ABSOLUTELY NOTHING regarding my situation. It proves a light was purchased at some point. The developer could just give me any receipt from within five years of this product which he has a LOT. So does me having the light in person in front of you? It's Lowes Branded which means bought at Lowes. I could have returned the broken one in the box from the replacement and no one would have said anything. I didn't and won't because that's wrong. However, doing the right thing cost me something from your store and it shouldn't be this way. I will never touch Lowes again. I'm glad Menards is going in down the street. They have military discount as well so quite literally Lowes has nothing to offer veterans over competition. Usually when online fails, brick and mortar step up. Not Lowes. I'm upset about the lack of customer service available/willingness of the Lowes. I don't care as much about the $100 which I communicated to the representatives. I don't mind doing the right thing the right way. Only in this case there was no “right way” accessible to me. Customer service is NOT a priority to this store, regardless of what they say.

I dropped off measurements for a replacement window on a Wednesday morning to 2 people sitting behind Millwork desk. Did not get a call back for pricing or lead time as of Monday morning after several attempts during this time to speak with someone working in that area. I finally called Hagar Materials Monday, and within an hour had my quote and a lead time 2-3 weeks faster than Lowe's in the first place.I will NEVER return to this Lowe's for ANYTHING unless absolutely necessary. Menards are opening soon, and I know from previous dealing with them they are "old school" get it done!

This Lowes is in trouble once the Menards opens across the bypass. My husband and I have been making renovations on our home for 2 years and this is the main store that is close to us. ..Nothing is organized, stock quantity is always wrong (when checking for supply online). Today we loaded up plybead boards and realized one was a good foot shorter than all the other sheets. Seems like it was cut, returned and then restocked on the shelf! Also, had an employee unload our lumber from our cart, placed it back on the incorrect shelf and take off with our cart.

Lowe's is neat and orderly with kind and helpful staff. It has a very wide selection of merchandise, even dish and laundry detergent items. Great store!

Richmond lowes is so far behind the lexington stores in customer service and employee knowledge its hard to belive. Never have carts inside, if u need help loading u could be there over an hour. ask 4 employees to help find something then I leave amd go to ace. Many builders in this area drive to Lexington just to avoid the Richmond store.

How is this place not shut down yet? This store is horrendous. On the list of most recent and misfortune trips, I had the pleasure of waiting in my car for a curbside pick up order for 33 minutes, AFTER logging into the app AND AFTER using location services prior to going to the store. With the amount of heads up they had, there is no chance whatsoever that someone didn't have more than ample and then some time to locate the item and pull it somewhere within reach for when I showed up. Giving up and going into the store myself after the VANITY I purchased led to more headache. Not one soul had a clue nor bothered to give two cents about customer service. They finally decided to send someone back to "find it" after another 20 minutes of a lot of people not taking pride in doing anything remotely customer service related. Thank goodness this was the last repair to the house at this time until MENARD'S opens. I have a whole first level to redo next and I will never ever again enter this store and can only hope someone from lowes corporate will decide to actually listen to reviews and do something about it. With this poor level of service I cannot imagine if there were other options in the area that anyone would use this disgrace of a store.

Decent Lowe's. Usually hard to track someone down in tools or lumber, but eventually someone shows up. Can get messy during peak seasons, and the app is sometimes not aligned with the store in regards to product locations and availability.

I think all Lowes wants all customers to be part-time employees. They want you to check yourself out. I feel if we have to check ourselves out, we should be given an employee discount . Regular employees get a discount, so shouldn't we get a discount for working for lowes as we check ourselves out . Think about it .So, since I won't go through self checkout, I always go to the contractor area where they have human employees present.

It's exactly what you would expect, big with lots of stuff. The staff are always very friendly and most of the time very helpful.
