If you are in the market for a vehicle I highly recommend stopping here. We knew kind of what we were looking for and Ryan Hacker was great at helping us narrow down to an amazing Ford Edge in excellent condition and helping keep everything in our price range. They do offer extended warranty and Gap insurance on a lot of their vehicles. They have a great selection of used vehicles that are still in great to excellent condition. Best experience we've had at a car lot and they are willing to explain all questions.

My husband & I bought a truck last week from Gates Ford. We had outstanding service ! Everything was very easy. Chase Freeman is our go to when we are shopping for a new vehicle. We also had the pleasure of working with a fellow named Rob who did our paperwork. He was also a really nice guy ! We love the new truck & feel we got a good deal.

Best vehicle purchase experience I’ve had in a long time. Brandon Thomas was INCREDIBLE! Great staff without all the red tape and waiting around. The folks at Gates know what they’re doing and sell quality products at a fair price. I recommend them without reservation.

Chase put great care into helping us find just the right vehicle for our needs. He was honest, patient and very considerate. Ryan was pleasant, respectful and took us though the required purchasing steps with care. Scott was knowledgeable and very personable as he finalized the sale. I was looking for a used car and found what I was looking for at Gates Ford. I'm 54 and have bought several vehicles over the years and let me tell you, this was by far the smoothest car buying expert I've ever had.Rob, our sales person was incredibly helpful and we got the deal we wanted and the process with the finance department was quick and easy.I can't say enough good things about how we were treated. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had a great and fast trip to Gates Ford. We were in and out with our new vehicle in no time. Highly recommend. This buying experience was so much better than the last at a neighboring dealership! All the people we had interactions with were all super friendly as well.

We recently purchased our Lincoln Nautilus Reserve from Gates Ford Lincoln and it was the best car buying experience we have ever had. We were searching online and found a vehicle here we wanted to see and drive. Ryan Hacker at the dealership responded quickly and we setup a time. When we arrived Ryan greeted us with a smile and was friendly and helpful. We drove it and my wife loved it. We got the paperwork done quickly and easily. We were treated like long time country friends and Ryan made sure everything was perfect and we were totally satisfied. We recommend Gates Ford Lincoln to our family and friends in Richmond area and also to people in Louisville, KY. It is worth the drive to be treated so well.

The serve team and advisor Victoria are just AWESOME.400 miles into a 1,200 mile drive at 11:30pm on a Friday night, my truck needed Ford Roadside assistance. Dropped my truck at Gates Saturday at 1:30am and continued my drive in another car. Victoria called me Saturday morning and worked with me during the week to have my truck ready to drive home the next Friday.The service team went out of their way to give a Ford customer who never bought from them, and may never again see them, be treated with respect. The FORD brand needs more dealerships like Gates.Thank you FORD and Gates. This is the business model that keeps me buying Ford.

EDIT: Chase reached out to me directly to correct this situation. I received a refund for the over charge and corrective action was taken for the condescending employee who over-charged me for my service. Chase was also kind enough to offer a free oil change for the next service should I decide to take my vehicle back for service. I have not decided if I will or not, but the him reaching out to make the situation right was a very good impression to me. If Victoria is still the manager of the service department-look over your bill CLOSELY before leaving. NEVER take your vehicle to this place for service. I have taken my vehicle in several times for "the works" oil change and my bill has never been more than $65-$70 which is reasonable for an oil change. My bill was $190!!!!! A service was performed on the bill for "replacement of lug nuts" for a whopping total of $130 for that service alone. FOR LUG NUTS. The kicker is that I was never told this service was being performed until after it was finished. So I call up there to ask a manager about the service. Victoria in the service department answered the phone and I explained to her this issue. She got a huge attitude and rude tone of voice with me, called me a liar and stated that she told me of the service before it was performed WHICH WAS NOT AT ALL THE CASE, I was told after the fact. She proceeded to argue with me, and once I called her attitude out she called me "sweetie" and "honey" which is extremely disrespectful because she was trying to be a smarta** about it. She kept calling me a liar however, and refused to correct this situation. She stated her manager was not in and there was nothing she could do. So I am following up on this.

Josh Mullins helped me to find my dream car for a price I can afford which is a big statement for me. I can't say how satisfied I am with my purchase. Josh looks out for his customers and actually cares. This dealership is different than any I've been to before. I highly recommend them to anyone.
