“After being on the road for over 12 hours, a couple alerted me that my trailer wheels looked off and the trailer was moving oddly. This U-Haul location was the closest one off the highway, so I called and they asked me to come in so the manager could take a look.
Within minutes, the manager and roadside assistant, Mike, came out and quickly identified that the weight distribution was off—and discovered that both tires were damaged. They immediately replaced both with brand-new tires. The service was incredibly fast and effective; once I was back on the road, the trailer felt brand new.
I was extremely fortunate they addressed it right away, as they told me the tires would have blown within an hour and could have caused serious damage to my vehicle. Everyone was professional, kind, and truly a blessing in a stressful situation.
I highly recommend this location for their friendliness, fast service, and outstanding help. Thank you again!
