This place is the best- dangerously the best. With this store, you can build you own house, furnish it, and cook dinner - all with one stop. I LOVE THIS STORE. The staff is helpful- not like the employees at other home improvement stores.

We purchased an edger for our son and it just simply does not do the job. We went to return it a few weeks later. They said since it was gas based, it was unreturnable. We were not told this at time of purchase. We were told we could take it to a local shop or go online and fill out and send in a printed version of this complaint form to try and get our money back. We have lived here for 20 years and never ran into this issue at Lowes or Ace Hardware here. Sending in the form today but I have a very hard time understanding this.

Are you sick of walking around other big box home improvement stores looking for someone to help you? Are you tired of dimly lit cluttered isles with no rhyme or reason to how they are laid out? Are you sick of Christmas decorations in August? Do you need drywall, 2x4s, bacon, a new sconce, and perhaps some small batch cream soda? Well go to Menards! I really won't ever go back to Lowe's. It's amazing, and I always find not only what I need, but multiple options for every budget. The staff are super friendly and ABUNDANT. I love Menards and and so happy they came to Madison County!
