“Meijer pharmacy has gone above and beyond to be helpful in some difficult situations. I've used them for years, and had positive experiences. They are one of the fastest in town for filling prescriptions. I love the text system to know when it's ready for pickup and for refill reminders. A couple years ago I had an expensive prescription and was waiting on new insurance to be activated and needed to take it IMMEDIATELY and daily. They were able to give me a couple of days worth at a time at a very discounted price so that I could afford to pay cash while waiting on insurance. This week I misplaced a prescription that I need to take daily, and they were able to work out a way to get a refill early so I could keep looking for the misplaced bottle without panicking. I've always had good service there and the drive-thru is very convenient.”

“I've been in Richmond for over a year now and have used CVS since I've been here. There have been a few hiccups, especially while getting established. But we've gotten things ironed out. I'm set up on automatic refills. That has gone smoothly. I get a text when my prescriptions are ready. I can check for and pick up family members' prescriptions with no problem. The pharmacy staff offer to and get in touch with my doctor to get refills on things when needed. That's really been helpful. The store is always clean and well-stocked when I go in. The drive thru could use some trash pick-up. The staff has been friendly and willing to listen and help each time I go in. I really do appreciate the service and how well they've been doing for me and mine. Really the only problem I continue to have is more with some of the clientele that frequent the place. I just don't always feel comfortable going in because of it.”
