We used My 3 Sons 3 different times but each time the experience deteriorated. I was initially impressed when I called to obtain a quote to move our stuff to a warehouse for storage until we finished a remodel on a newly purchased home. The only complaint I had the first time was that boxes we clearly marked as "Fragile" were haphazardly stacked 3 high with no regard to the potential for them to fall. The second time we hired them to move the items from the warehouse to the new home. The crecrew were pleasant but very young and appeared to be very inexperienced. We found broken items in the boxes we had marked "fragile". The agreement the lead crew member had me sign was on a cell phone and I couldn't read the language. This was my fault, I should have insisted upon a written copy prior to signing but we were in the midst of the move and standing in the driveway at the time...still my fault. They paid 60 cents per $100 of damage, I would have balked at had I taken the time. The last move was to move my mother who was downsizing. The crew, still pleasant, was totally inexperienced by their own admission. The truck they arrived in leaked oil in a stream so bad that it was running down the driveway. When I called it to the attention of the crew, the lead member said he was aware of it. He said he had repeatedly told his manager of the issue but it had never been fixed. He further told me they had to fill-up with oil everytime they filled up with gas. The crew drug mom's furniture through door ways forcibly scratching both the items and the doorways. They attempted to bring an armoire down from the 2nd floor and knocked several holes in the drywall and scratched the stair treads badly. They wound up taking the armoire back up the steps causing more damage and told me they couldn't figure out how to bring it out. This is a newer piece of furniture and the store from where we bought it move it upstairs without issue. The crew leader took photos of all the damage and said he would report it but that I should follow-up the next week. This process took many, many weeks. Initially, Reagan Schlegel came out to inspect the damages, took photos and told me he would get back with a resolution soon. Repeated phone calls & texts to him went unanswered. The reception would not put my calls through because Regan was "out on a move" or "unavailable" so I left multiple messages. At long last I received an email from Mr. Schlegel advising they would send us a check for $225 to cover damages: oil stains in the driveway, $50 to repair the multiple holes in the drywall, and multiple damages to furniture. This was our experience, which will be our last with My 3 Sons.

We had a 4000sf house that took 2 26ft trucks filled with our belongings for a 900 mile move. For a total of 11k for the move. I had 5 pieces of expensive furniture that was damaged, chipped , wood damage drawer knobs on night stand damaged and one torn off, even water damage when one of the trucks leaked . I waited for several weeks for a claim to be processed. I was offered 125.00 for the damage . I was furious, replacement cost would have been well over 5k I told them I was insulted and what I would settle for which was 1500. I have not heard a word or a return call and it has been 2 months . Terrible customer service

I was very transparent with the amount of items needing to be moved. As the truck pulled up I knew it was not the correct size truck for my need. I let the drivers know and after reviewing the amount needing to be loaded they assured me it would be alright and they would "make it work". An hour and a half later the truck was completely full with a quarter of my belongings remaining (with the back of my pick up full as well). I reached out to the office to let them know what had happened and they said they would be willing to make it right and send an additional pick up and mover to help resolve the issue and would give me a call back to schedule. I was happy with this resolution and paid more than full price that day. 2 days later I called the office after not hearing from my representative and she informed me they would not be sending any additional help or truck. She did say I could PAY for an additional service and the mistake was my fault. I was obviously hesitant as I felt this was VERY WRONG after being reassured they would resolve THEIR issue. As I'm in desperate need of help (the very reason I hired a company) I asked if they could please send a quote for help with the things that were left. I have received nothing. I will NEVER use or recommend this company.

While the movers were very nice and courteous they damaged my freshly painted walls in multiple spots. The driver took photos and told me someone would get back to me. It's been 2 weeks and I have yet to hear from anyone. I have called twice to follow up only to be told there is an open ticket and someone will be contacting me.I was told a third person would be available to help move a couple of larger pieces of furniture but nobody came. As a result they dragged some of the larger pieces of furniture rather than picking them up which caused damage to the underside. I would not recommend using this company if you value your home and your furniture.

I used them over the summer for moving and storage. At the time, everything seemed fine. Their pricing was fair and the guys that moved us worked extremely hard. But as we unpacked, there was SO many broken items. Of course, it was outside of the 48 hour window they allow for claims. Who can unpack a whole house in 2 days?!! Then about a week later (we were remodeling and not staying in the house initially) we were laying in bed and they entire thing fell to the ground. They didn’t put it together right and my 8 month pregnant self toppled to the ground. Tried to call and tell them, no answer. Left a review on their site, no answer. Doing laundry a few days later and I look up to water flooding my hall way. Didn’t put that together right. Fixed it. Turned the dryer on next, lint started flying through my house. Didn’t put that together right, fixed it. Now, a few month later, going through holiday stuff, ALL my baby’s first year ornaments are shattered. I am devastated. They were heavily wrapped in plastic totes. Just completely heartbroken. Again, the guys worked hard, but I wouldn't recommend.

The crew that helped us with our move was courteous, respectful of our time and items, and had great communication with us on the phone. I would definitely use My 3 Sons again. The price was great, we moved 2 houses into 1.

The guys did such a good job. I have a 3 story house and it was HOT but they got it done w/o any breakages or damages. They were all friendly and hard workers.I would reccomend them!

This business sabotages locally owned competition. They are not the only movers in town--they are just willing to tear other businesses' signs down. Greedy, cruel and unprofessional. I wouldn't trust them with my dishrags.

We booked My 3 Sons to load our moving truck because they claimed to have experience moving pianos. I specifically requested a team of 3 and informed them of the need to load a piano. But the day of the move, only 2 showed up, and they said no 3-person teams were scheduled that day. I insisted they find a third person, so they did. They had not brought any loading equipment at all, despite knowing they needed to move a piano, so they borrowed a hand truck I had rented. During loading, they ripped the lid & hinge assembly from the top of the piano. I was otherwise occupied (moving day is busy), so I didn't discover this until we were unloading two days later. We were then busy unloading and setting up our house, but I took photos and got a repair quote from a piano technician, which took several days. When I contacted My 3 Sons the following week and provided photos and a quote, they pointed to a contract that I apparently signed on an iPad the day of the move, requiring "Damages must be reported within 72 hours of the move date to the office." Naturally, (assuming I signed this) I didn't remember the extremely tight reporting window, and thought they would appreciate having a quote from a third-party piano technician. (But apparently when unloading my life into a new home, I was supposed to drop everything and call their office immediately.) Keep in mind, this a piano lid: a solid piece of work, and there was nothing stored on or near the lid in the truck, so there can be no question the damage was done by the loaders. It is inconceivable they didn't notice the lid ripping away from the piano when they incorrectly put weight on it, but instead of notifying us, they covered it in moving blankets. So we all know their movers likely caused and concealed this damage, but they are choosing to hide behind a technicality of a contract they had me electronically sign in the heat of a chaotic moving day.Their paperwork may legally protect them, but that is not professional behavior, and I recommend you avoid them, particularly if you have any furniture or piano you care about.

I had a great first experience with My 3 Sons! I had Jacob Cochran and Steven Restrepo help load and unload all of me things. They were incredibly kind and patient, and they worked quickly but carefully. The company as a whole was also flexible with working out a time for my schedule, and Angela was very diligent and quick to get back with me for a quote and a booking. Keep up the awesome work, highly recommend! Thanks everyone!!

BEWARE! This company had one of the sons come out to do an estimate for our move from KY to Ohio. The gave us a very competitive quote, so we agreed. On the DAY OF OUR MOVE, they said we actually needed a second truck and charged us DOUBLE! We had no choice but to agree to pay because we had to be out of our house that day by 3pm. After calling to complain they refused to admit to their mistake on the estimate and refused to even discuss a course of action to try and make it right. As a business owner myself, I am appalled at the way they treat customers! I posted this to facebook and talked to several friends and found several other people have had the same experience. Unethical and predatory!!

I had a great moving experience with My 3 Sons. They were polite, courteous, and were quick, but also very careful with what they moved.. I would definitely use them again

Highly DO NOT recommend. First, they send 3-4 people to your job when you only requested 2 and charge you AT LEAST double what was quoted. Second, the office staff women have the rudest and short personalities. If you want to pay triple the going cost and be talked to like a dog, these are your people!

We used them twice and they could not have done a better job for us. On time, professional, polite and stayed busy throughout the entire moves. And, less expensive than other companies that we checked on. We highly recommend these guys.
