I have been in Napa 3 times in the past week and each time I was assisted by 3 different reps. And each and EVERY ONE of them were very helpful, professional, and friendly! What I needed assistance with was not an easy project to help with, they were all very patient, got the book they needed and helped me get what I needed, then I had to exchange one of the tools I bought, but not because of anything they had done, it was my fault but they treated me like it was not a problem...definitely will be shopping there in the future!
