I order a smoothie a few times a week. I'm a bit obsessed. Brandon is always very helpful. He even knows my order. My favorite smoothie is the colonel classic made with almond milk. The staff is very knowledgeable about the product they sell. You can buy a verity of protein. Whey and vegan options as well. It truly is a one stop shop for your nutritional fitness needs. And is a great addition to our little Richmond Kentucky community. I fully recommend Nu health to anyone. The shakes aren't just healthy they are delicious. Go get one, you won't regret it.

New to the area and found this place. Dillion was very personable, knowledgeable, and just fun to talk to. The store has amazing top-of-the-line products that you can’t find elsewhere. Oh, and their smoothies are great. I recommend this place!
