Poor communication skills was given the run around for a month. Wrong size battery in the car so now I have to purchase one that fits or the car won't start. Never returns calls or texts

Got my Escape here and the owner took time to go over cars for my daughter and granddaughter. He stayed several hours after closing to talk to me about the different cars on lot the history of he knew it. I loved the experience here not like a big car lot that will just take your money and give you a lemon. I would give 10 stars if possible.

I showed up with a very small budget, and the dealer still treated me like my sale mattered. He sold me a good car, and I was treated well. That isn't always the case when looking for a cheap car, but he took time with us and didn't pressure us to look beyond our budget. I am pleased with my car.

Dishonest POS, Made a deal, on the way there called to let him know we would be there in 15 minutes. He said ok, when I got there he said he had already sold it. Blessing, because I wouldn't want to purchase something from this type of human being.
