“You aren’t going to beat this store. They’re friendly, kind, polite, and so willing to help you with whatever you need. They’ll find it if they don’t have it. I won’t go anywhere else for our farming needs.”
“Having a service dog means some days your plans go out the window because your dog did a dog thing and now you have to deal with the aftermath. So it additionally sucks when someone in customer service would rather feel like a “big person” and abuse their “authority” to deny a desperate (and completely reasonable) request. On those days I’m really happy for things like corporate offices and customer care specialists that save the day by simply applying common sense and compassion.
Maybe you should want to feel like a human and treat people as you would treat yourself. It’s way less stressful for everyone and probably will get you farther in life than just being a jerk on a power trip. Thank you so much, tractor supply customer service. My Lassie-dog thanks you too!”
“Generally we have a great experience with the grooming department. This past time our groomer Kayley did not meet expectations. We booked our appointments for both of our dogs over a week prior to bringing them in. However our pups were there for over 4 hours and we were treated like we did something wrong because they are a “public” groomer. Hey we totally understood that they got busy and may have gotten behind. Totally get that, but when you keep pushing someone that had an appointment back to help walk-ins instead. That’s just not right. It just made me wonder if I should have just walked in versus actually having an appointment according to her? Also I would normally take this up with someone there, but I haven’t been able to get in touch with anyone. I’m still going to bring my pups to PetSmart, but Kayley will not be allowed to touch them.”
“Traveled to Kentucky to visit family with my corgi. She enjoys home life and doesn’t care to travel. Drove down so I’m sure 8 hours in the car caused some anxiety. Hoped after a day of being settled shed calm down. No such luck. My mother’s neighbor recommended I go to Hoof N Paw. She said they will help me find something for her. The young lady working listened to my issues and recommended two different products. She even told me that she give the one to her dog. Within 30 mins of me giving her the product, she stopped drooling and shaking. She was social with my family and even started to eat again. Thank you for relieving my dog’s anxiety on my trip.”
