If you need questions answered about your money they have no problem with sitting down and talking to you. I've used PNC Bank for 30 years. They are amazing.

I am not too keen on this location. I went in Saturday to discuss something and was told that I needed an appointment but you had nobody there. So why could you not help me? Then I scheduled for Tuesday and you chang it to Wednesday. Really? You had nobody Saturday... This could have been taken care of!

10/10 experience. I called and requested several hundred dollars value in a foreign currency for a country in South America. PNC gave an eta. of about a week. They called and had it prepared in 2 days.

The worst bank in Richmond. Don’t even bother opening an account. Customers have more scene then the people working there.

DO NOT RE-FINANCE A LOAN THROUGH THEM! I have had about 8 calls with them since refinancing my auto loan due to them misinforming me and losing my paperwork. They are now threatening to default my loan. I will be closing all of my personal accounts soon and will refinance through another bank next year.

Incredibly incompetent. Asked to have an sf1199a ready for pickup. Expressed that I was short on time so it needs to be ready for pickup. Teller told me I could go through the drive through and it would be ready to be picked up. It wasn’t ready and the teller claimed they don’t have those forms. It’s a simple google search and print off. Incompetent.

PNC will let anyone take money out of your account, I had a lot of money stolen right out of my bank account and the tellers gave him the money. Do not use this bank. When I called to see what was happening they said they couldn’t help because it was me who did it. Just don’t use this bank.

When I try to deposit checks into my account even if they are signed they won’t deposit them. What’s the point of having a checking account if you can’t deposit checks.

I have banked with several different banks over the years and none have been as easy to work with or as customer friendly as PNC Bank (at this location & over the phone at the least).

I have been with PNC for years. It used to be a good bank. A few years ago, I was told they were switching me to an ATM only account unless I want to be charged a monthly fee for visiting the inside of the bank. Then, multiple times when I cashed in my PNC Visa points, they wouldn't show up in my checking account. Mind you, they weren't large sums, but a few dollars here and there help. It would have bought a burger on one of those days when I had no time to make lunch. Today, I rushed to the bank before 8:00am to make a check deposit so my car insurance would clear when it goes through automatic payments today. I encountered this "express funds" option, which I declined since, in the past, up to $100 has always been available immediately when depositing a check. This check was only $50 to cover the extra needed. I thought surely the "express funds" option was of no concern for a $50 check, but I was apparently mistaken. Now my account will overdraft from my credit card, which I haven't used in months because I am trying to dig out of the burden of debt. Now, I realize some of this could have been prevented had I been better prepared, but the facts are still the same. PNC has become more and more fee-driven and less customer-driven. I have also been charged fees numerous times for things purchased online because it is from another country. I'm unsure if this is common with banks, but it just started in the past few months. They charge a percentage each time. These were for things like website-related plugins or Ebay. Beware if you make purchases like this and beware of PNC. I will be switching as soon as is convenient.

Teller screwed up my mom's paycheck deposit--now she won't get access to her money until at least tomorrow. This has never happened before--we usually use the branch on Richmond Road in Lexington with no problems. As a result, now she will be late on at least one bill, and will have to reschedule an appointment we had to wait weeks in order to get for another sibling. We have not had any problems with the other branches we have used in the past, but at this one, some of the tellers seem rude and inept. PNC bank is generally good, but I don't recommend using this branch at all.
