United Motorsports in Richmond was professional and polite. After searching and searching for a particular bike, Eli assisted me in finding the right bike, in a timely manner, and gave me an accurate out-the-door price upfront just days before Christmas! I highly recommend this business and working with the friendly staff. Service was exceptional and I will gladly shop here again.

Husband and I went in this evening interested in buying our family some outdoor toys. We walked around the whole entire store. We were not greeted by the girl at the desk that was too busy watching a movie on her laptop. Nor were spoke to by a single employee in there store to ask if we needed help with anything, what we were looking for, not a single word. We ended up walking out in shock. Not a good look at all.

Do not trust anything this business tells you!! I bought a new northstar at Richmond branch, also bought their extended warranty which nobody will honor, so I asked for a refund on it, they promised a refund weeks ago? Yet I haven't seen a dime, no one has any answers or returns calls now! So it is time to bash em! My lawyer is working one the case now! This happened to myself and a good friend!

after looking for a side by side all over florida i seen this place in kentucky with the best prices i could find. then i spoke to a gentleman by the name of broddy that made my first time buying experience super amazing and very easy to navegate . best sellsman i have ever dealt with. honest, very patience and helpful. only took me a couple of hours and i now own The side by side of my dreams. i highly recommend this dealer to make your experience all it should be. ask for broddy he’ll make it happen for you .

I came in not knowing what tires to go with, they helped me pick some, and even when I changed my mind for another size were extremely helpful and forgiving of my ignorance. Quentin in parts and Eli and in service were awesome. Thanks guys Logan Clinton and Miles!

I dropped off a Honda Generator there for a warranty repair. The unit started and ran fine on full choke. When the engine warmed up the choke could only be run at half-choke. Opening the choke fully caused the engine to surge and run rough. I called American Honda and they told me to have it fixed. They said it wasn’t good for the engine to run continuously at half-choke. After having the unit for almost two weeks the repair technician “taught me” that it was normal for the engine to run at half choke and perfectly ok. He also told me they put a new carburetor on the generator and it too ran at half choke. He suggested I leave and keep using it as is.I contacted a premium Honda repair facility near Lexington, KY, and they laughed at what the technician “taught me”. He said ridiculous statement.They repaired the generator and it now runs perfectly as it should.Beware! I wouldn’t trust their service center at United Motorsports.

NEVER take your bike here for service. I dropped my fully functioning bike off to have the tires changed. When I went to pick it up I discovered the speedometer no longer worked due to a broken sensor. They denied any responsibility, said it was impossible that they had anything to do with it, and simply told me how much it would be to fix it.

We purchased a new 4 wheeler for our grandson on July 15 2023... we were told the carburetor may need some adjustments and to bring it back if to doesnt run right..and on or abouts July 23 we had to take it back to be worked on... we called a week later and were told the carburetor boot was blown... and they had to wait on parts...we called back a week after that and were told parts still hadn't arrived... and week or so after that we called and were informed that it needed a new airbox... and they were waiting on parts.. a week or so later we called again and were told the parts hadn't arrived.. we called again this past Monday and were told all the parts were in and we should be able to pick it up Tuesday evening...we didn't receive a call for pick up so we called back Wednesday and they said they were doing some fine tuning that they will call when its done...we call back today August 30 and we were told it needed a new carburetor... and the parts won't be in until next Thursday. they have had it longer that we have and they blame shipping on the delays... I think because it's a warranty job it's not a priority... will not recommend and will not be going back to buy a full sized one for my husband...

DO NOT TAKE YOUR BIKES HERE FOR SERVICE!!!We brought our used Yamaha V-Star to United Motorsports in Richmond on June 27th. We needed new tires, a brake check, and an oil change as we had just purchased it. I asked them to go through the bike and check the shift shaft seal because I had noticed a small oil leak. The service person we dealt with was non-communicative and disinterested in providing us updates. He acted as though I was an annoyance when I called to get updates. After waiting nearly a month for the brake caliper to be fixed (new one needed to be ordered), I called, and they told me the item was back ordered and wouldn’t be in for another month. Rather then having checked on it or reached out to let us know it would be so much longer, I guess they were just going to make us wait another month. I got the part ordered from EBay and brought it in. I dropped the new part off Monday (7/31) at 1000, hoping they would be able to install it and have our bike back because it had been nearly 6 weeks. They didn’t finish it until Wednesday (8/2) in the afternoon. So all in all, it took them just over 5 weeks. I then drove the bike home and it is leaking oil from the shift shaft seal…not even going to try to bring it back to them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND UNITED MOTORSPORTS SERVICE!!! Find somewhere else to take your bike if you want arrive done well and in a timely fashion.
