Fine shopping experience, but is this place still 24hr? Maybe i overlooked the sign, but i feel like the sticker they have on the door wasnt there, and the doors were locked with no one behind the counter and no kind of sign on the door for "brb" or anything like that. Maybe i just overlooked it, but its pretty frustrating when the one place that i know will be open at this time of night, isn't.

Worst service ever! The man at counter insulted me. I asked to use the restroom and he ask if I was gonna buy anything I said I planned on it. I tried washing my hands and the water would not come on. I asked if he'd check because my hands were soapy and He went off on me. He started yelling at me. I walked out while he was saying I don't care if you ever buy anything here. I said , oh don't worry I won't nor will my family will buy anything here.

Would give zero stars if it would let me.Horrible horrible workers gave the guy 13$ for pump 1 go outside he didn't set the pump come back in and tell him again to set the pump he still didn't and after the 3rd time of going in he trys to get me to pay again. He wouldn't set the pump or give my money back will never go in there again

Terrible customer service. They sell fake disposable vapes, bought two of them and neither of them worked. Pretty sad these people will sell a fake (illegal) product just to make a few extra dollars and chance making the customers sick selling a fake product. Very, pathetic. These people are great at taking your money

Owners do not care about local Kentuckians. I moved into Hidden Hills 7/15 and have filled up my cars there every single week. Last Monday I slipped in water in front of the registers. Another customer had to help me up. I have called several times since my accident there to obtain an incident report. They are now hanging up on me when I tell then who I am and why I'm calling. My family won't spend another cent here. Very disappointing to see how little the last five years of my business is truly worth.
