Haven't been here in years , after going , I can't understand why I haven't been !
The mums , landscape , variety of plants trees and , let's not forget to mention the adorable ducks , at the mill !
A young man , took out huge mums to the car and loaded them .... Extremely kind and GREAT Prices !
Not only impressed with the outside , but inside the store was even better !
They had so many , cute gifts ❤️

Great selection of plants and Tom is a wealth of knowledge. Very fortunate to have such a phenomenal garden shop in Richmond with so much variety. I put in the foundation of a Japanese Contemporary Garden and got everything here, including a fountain. They didn't install it but guided many of my decisions and I am very grateful to Tom and the rest of the staff.

Be very wary of this landscape company. They have questionable ethics and poor policy, in my opinion. I ordered $2,400+ worth of landscaping to be installed at my home. The installation was completed and within a week, 6 of the plants were dying. See photos. I called several times and were told to “give it a week or two”. They continued to get worse. I simply wanted replacements or a different plant that worked better for my soil. I received the final bill, having placed a substantial deposit previously. I was hesitant to pay the final portion because of the dying plants and their unwillingness to help me. I called again and told them I wasn’t paying for those plants because they looked awful. The owner finally called me back. He was curt and argumentative, refusing to address the issue until the bill was paid in full. We argued, at times heated, about whether I should have to pay for dead plants.
He showed up the next day and removed the dying plants, saying that they were not dying and that he would resell them to someone else. See photos and judge for yourself. Tom left holes in my garden bed and it looks absolutely horrible.
I would strongly recommend NOT using this landscape company. Their policies are suspect and their customer service is awful. Don’t trust their warranty, as other posts have stated. Not worth the money I spent at all.

Super friendly and there top soil by the scoop is great. It’s actually mostly dirt compared to the bags at Lowe’s and Walmart that are mostly mulch and twigs. And way cheaper than the bags. Highly recommend this place for top soil

THE BEST!! Silvercliff is amazing! I went in, not having a clue what I wanted or needed. All I have was a photo of my house and the landscaping area. The employees were so kind and courteous. The owner looked at my picture, walked me around and helped me choose affordable items for my landscaping. He even told me where to plant and how to plant. I am so pleased! I love to shop local and a highly recommend Silvercliff!

Amazing place to get landscaping! Had some issues with some of my plants dying but came back with a receipt and they happily replaced them! Would definitely recommend to everyone, the staff is so friendly!

Worst customer service on earth; I would not recommend this place to anyone. They planted a tree for me that died q after a couple of months. When I went for the 1-year guarantee, I showed evidence of the $500+ bank transaction, and since I did not have the actual receipt that I don’t even remember receiving, the manager just said, “Sorry, we don’t do warranties without a receipt; bye.” All with a smile on her face. Ugh, what a bad experience this place was. Thank God this tree died and I did not move forward with the landscape.
Ps. After my review on 04/10/2024 4 reviews from friends and relatives of an employee were posted to make me look bad. Terrible.

I CAN CONFIRM… this is the best landscaping business in central Kentucky. The employees are so kind, helpful and truly care about their customers. I wish I could give MORE stars! The products are FANTASTIC. Love this place!

My experience with Silver Cliff has never been anything other than helpful, insightful and friendly employees and staff. They are patient, and try to hear your needs before making a recommendation. I am not family, but always treated like it when I’m in their store or gardens.

Silver Cliff Landscaping in my opinion are awful and a ripoff. We purchased nearly $1400.00 worth of trees from them and twice within our warranty period we had Tom come out and look at them. He claims these are "healthy trees" they just need fertilizer. We bought fertilizer that he recommended from Silver Cliff and watered as instructed and they got worse. The second time he came out he claimed they are healthy and would not replace or refund. I had a different landscaper look at them and he claimed they are not healthy and said we would be lucky if they ever got better. We got another fertilizer he recommended and still no growth. I highly recommend you stay away from Silver Cliff and go elsewhere for your landscaping needs.

Very attentive employees, we were asked multiple times if we could be helped, which I appreciate. I love the large assortment of trees, I thought the prices were quite reasonable for most of the products, higher quality than the stuff you find at Lowes, will definitely be frequenting this nursury.
