Great service but not great inventory. Needed new tires and didnt have the time frame to shop around..was told all they had was the Michelin premium..so yea top dollar tires only option. Nice tires but would have been nice to have some other options.

They installed the wrong tires that I picked out and put on my truck but they said they're going to fix it and I hope that is true. Took over 5 hours though and they told me at first it was only going to take a couple so pretty disappointed in that but he's trying to make make better but I don't know if they thought just because I was a woman that I wouldn't notice. I noticed big time and so he said he's going to fix it. I hope that he does and then I'll change my rating but right now I was really disappointed ☹️ I almost think it was like a bait and switch sort of thing but I hope to God that that's not the case that they said it was a new guy. So I hoping that that's all it was, but I sure hope he said he's going to be fixed in the next day or two so I sure sure hope that's right,

This location is terrible my father is a repeat customer of the store location and i go in off his recommendation and they first ordered me the wrong size tire and then i leave work early with a set appointment being assured my tires would be here and now I’m informed after leaving work and driving to location that my tires didn’t arrive. I’ve worked in customer care for 10 years and i assure you if I’m responsible for miscommunication or bad service experience on my end I’m going to try and make it right and that was simply not the case. Waist of my time and money gone because I chose tire discounters in Richmond KY

Appt at 2 and was told that the next person will be my husband. After several people have gone before him he finally got help after 4. It’s 630 and he is still not done. The only thing they can say is I’m sorry and we can take $100 off. After waiting for almost 5 hours for 2 front breaks is I’m sorry is not good enough. We have been devout customers of the Richmond KY Tire Discounters for many many years. Now we will not be back. Disappointing is a understatement

These guys are amazing. I came in with a questionable car purchase, and for $40, I got a certified mechanic with $15 years experience, and a very experienced crew to talk to me about how the car could work for or against me and what to watch and how it looks. If you are looking to bring in an old Toyota or Honda to purchase and want to get some reassurance and education, this particular location has some very knowledgeable and passionate people.

I would really love to give 10 ☆ because this place was AMAZING!!
I was traveling from Cincinnati and my truck broke down on my way home to Atlanta. After calling 2 VERY UNFRIENDLY places to repair my truck, they both referred me to TIRE DISCOUNTERS! Obviously, that's where I went and Austin answered the call & got me in. Although i had to waite my turn, Zachery worked on my truck. During the call, i cried a river and explained how bad i just wanted to get gome. Austin reassured me that he would be there until my truck was fixed and kept his word with all of the heart that GOD had given him! Once Zachery had the truck in the bay, as i waited, we spoke about my truck, life, family, being GOD FEARING and how much we love our Blessings!! So, guys with EVERY OUNCE OF MY BEING, THANK U FOR GETTING ME HOME LIKE U PROMISED AND THANK YOU FOR BEING SO KIND! I THANK GOD FOR YOU BOTH! MANY MANY BLESSINGS!

Had oil change and tires rotated. About 75 miles down the highway on my trip truck got a bad shaking. Front wheel was about ready to fall off. All 4 wheels had loose lug nuts. Used them many times with no issue but this is a big issue that could get someone killed. I went to store and told them what happened and showed them video of wheel almost ready to come off and was basically told sorry. At the time I was pulling a trailer when this happened so lucky it wasn’t worse than it already was, they never asked if it damaged my truck in anyway just said sorry!

Had a tire blow out on the interstate while out of town- called 6 different places but this was the only Place able to help us . They worked us in even though they were incredibly busy. Preston did a great job , got us sorted and on our way to enjoy the rest of our trip! Thank you so much!!
