Called ahead of time and asked about a Tacoma Limited and they had it available. I had worked with Rene Coto (awesome salesman) from the phone to the store. Worked with me to get the right numbers for the trade and the Tacoma. All in all it took less than 15 minutes to finalize what we wanted. Greeted by everyone even if they weren't working with me and didn't open a single door by myself. The whole team here is no nonsense and very polite. Buying another Toyota, I'll be coming back to Toyota South in Richmond!

Furious I wasted 4 hours of my day. Drove 50 miles away to get my toyota serviced. Made appointment, was assured they could do the service I requested. Got quote on price. Then drove there, stood there q0 minutes in front of the service desk. At least 5 people on computers and 1 on the phone and one standing there eating a doughnut. When finally acknowledged, I informed the guy what he was there for. He told me that they don't do the service I requested because the transmission is a sealed unit. Not true. It can and should be served at certain intervals. He then said I could speak to the service manager. Once this guy came, he said the service I wanted was 20 hrs and meant a basic rebuild of the transmission. I laughed at him. I told him I could show him a video on YouTube that takes an hour. I wanted the transmission fluid and filter changed/ flushed on an FJ Cruiser. Would have done it myself but my backs acting up. All you do is drop the pan, change filter, ther put the pan back on and flush the fluid. The service manager was ridiculous. Don't bother going here for service. You'd be better off at a quick change place. Bafoons, all of them.I called and left a message for the general manager, he's been too big of a coward to call back. Not surprising.

Paid $ 30 for overnight shipping for parts on there site and shows up 5 days later. No call or email to let me know. Don't pay extra for shipping complete waste of money.

Visited Toyota South in Richmond, KY searching for a new vehicle and found the overall experience worth praise. Sales representative Dutch Moore was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. Test drove several models without pressure and every question asked was fielded with honest answers. Very happy with this dealership!

The Toyota South employers are very professional and friendly. They will talk to you about financing and your options with vehicles with respect to you. I had been looking for a certain used vehicle and it was right under my nose over at Toyota South in Richmond. I made an appointment to see it the next day and test drive it. It was what I wanted and my salesman Leo A. helped me right through the process. Salesmen/saleswomen from other dealerships will have you fill out the paperwork and leave you and go stay in the finance office until they hear something. The finance office here was very courteous, friendly, and helped me through the process and didn't pressure me to buy add on services I wouldn't be able to afford down the road. I'll return here when I need another vehicle.

I recently took my 2019 Tundra in for a sunroof repair which should've been covered under Toyota's 3 year / 36,000 mile warranty but was told by the a guy at Green's because the Tundra I bought used, was originally purchased in Canada that I would have to provide documentation about the original purchase date. I was also led to believe that I had made a huge mistake having bought this used Canadian 2019 Tundra with less than 6,000 miles on it. This didn't sound legit to me. I then called Toyota South in Richmond. A very nice guy named Tim told me to bring him my new to me 2019 Tundra and he would make sure that all repairs would get taken care of under Toyota's warranty. I did just that, the entire sunroof unit was replaced at no cost to me. I will never go back to Green's Toyota for anything, not even a oil change or windshield wiper rotation! Thanks Toyota South and thank you Tim!!

This is always my first choice when searching for a vehicle. Throughout the years we have purchased 4 vehicles from Leo. Leo is always great to deal with. The service department is great as well, quick and professional service.

I just had the most amazing vehicle purchasing experience thanks to the efforts of Leo Aleshire, the Sales Consultant I worked with. I was initially somewhat apprehensive due to the remote nature of the sale(buying a car in KY and shipping it to CT). Leo was so kind and so professional every step of the way! He patiently answered all my questions and effectively resolved any concerns I had brought up. He sent me pictures and video of the vehicle and delivered as promised. Leo even responded to my calls and texts after hours. Toyota South is an amazing dealership with an honest team and I would highly recommend them as a national source for vehicles. The team was great, but Leo was the most exceptional salesman I ever had the pleasure of working with. Thank you for all you help, coordination, thorough documentation management, and for being an honest gentleman. We are so happy!

I called for an appointment and took it in early. I think it took longer because I didn't wait for it, but it took like 6 to 7 hours for a oil change, rotation, alignment and the multipoint check. The one thing I can say is that they are super professional and the price is way more than reasonable. I was shocked at how little I paid for such good services This location also does some auto restoration sales. They have some cherry vintage Toyota's for sale on the lot, like an original Land Cruiser! The owner likes to do this at his location, which it a vintage sales location for Toyota. Pretty cool is you ask me. I'll be back for more services on the FJ Cruiser!
