Wow. By far the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with a service team at any mechanic/dealership ever.The lead man Andrew was fantastic. He took it upon himself to serve us close to closing time and make sure that we knew exactly what we were receiving and paying for. Not only did he serve his time for our country as a Marine. He made sure to stay late and give my girlfriend a loner vehicle for the weekend. I will always come back to this dealership as long as he works there.Secondly, the technician, Joe. What a fantastic guy. Real personable and he told me about his real experiences which is why is the most honest and upright man I’ve met in this industry. Often times dealerships will go out of their way to hack you. Not this one. This team here has been doing it right and has helped save me tons of money and trouble. Thank you Toyota South Team.

Called ahead of time and asked about a Tacoma Limited and they had it available. I had worked with Rene Coto (awesome salesman) from the phone to the store. Worked with me to get the right numbers for the trade and the Tacoma. All in all it took less than 15 minutes to finalize what we wanted. Greeted by everyone even if they weren't working with me and didn't open a single door by myself. The whole team here is no nonsense and very polite. Buying another Toyota, I'll be coming back to Toyota South in Richmond!

Furious I wasted 4 hours of my day. Drove 50 miles away to get my toyota serviced. Made appointment, was assured they could do the service I requested. Got quote on price. Then drove there, stood there q0 minutes in front of the service desk. At least 5 people on computers and 1 on the phone and one standing there eating a doughnut. When finally acknowledged, I informed the guy what he was there for. He told me that they don't do the service I requested because the transmission is a sealed unit. Not true. It can and should be served at certain intervals. He then said I could speak to the service manager. Once this guy came, he said the service I wanted was 20 hrs and meant a basic rebuild of the transmission. I laughed at him. I told him I could show him a video on YouTube that takes an hour. I wanted the transmission fluid and filter changed/ flushed on an FJ Cruiser. Would have done it myself but my backs acting up. All you do is drop the pan, change filter, ther put the pan back on and flush the fluid. The service manager was ridiculous. Don't bother going here for service. You'd be better off at a quick change place. Bafoons, all of them.I called and left a message for the general manager, he's been too big of a coward to call back. Not surprising.

Paid $ 30 for overnight shipping for parts on there site and shows up 5 days later. No call or email to let me know. Don't pay extra for shipping complete waste of money.

I seriously cannot say enough good things about Toyota South. I purchased a Rav4 in March, with the extended warranty. I’ve had two free oil changes and they completely replaced a tire that had a nail in it FOR FREE. Every time I’ve been serviced, they’ve also washed the outside of my car. This is the first car payment I’ve ever had that I didn’t dread making each month, because I know this is truly an investment and is worth every dime. The extra $100 a month for the warranty has already paid for itself. I am so so so pleased with the quality of the product and service I receive from Toyota South. I play music for a living and I’m on the road a LOT. The peace of mind Toyota South provides is invaluable. Between the grace of god and the good wheels Toyota South has me rolling on, I know I’ll get where I’m going safe and sound.If you’re thinking about getting a vehicle, don’t hesitate to shop with these guys, and absolutely purchase the warranty! I would be an idiot to ever purchase a vehicle anywhere but here. I will gladly be a lifelong customer.

We were traveling through KY recently. Our car needed a repair done. They were able to get the repair done on a Saturday so we were able to continue on our trip. The Service manager, Andrew was extremely helpful and was able to get our car towed on a Friday night. His staff was extremely helpful and professional

Was traveling from out of state when my CV axel went bad. They were able to get me in first thing Saturday morning and completed the repair and also checked for other potential issues so I covet back home safely. Car repairs are stressful when you are home but to have it happen when traveling is even worse. I didn’t feel taken advantage of like I do at so many repair centers and was able to get back home safely and without impact to my travel plans. I would recommend this service center to anyone no matter your car make.

I bought a 2008 Prius from a used car lot in Richmond, Kentucky. I drive it about 20 miles down the highway when all the important warning lights came on on the dash. I looked for the nearest Toyota service center, and this was it. The folks here were very helpful. I live 2 1/2 hours away in Virginia. They took my car in immediately, and after a wait for them to diagnose the issue, it was determined to be the inverter water pump. They had the part in stock and are going to get on it right away. When I asked if there was any food nearby, they didn't just point, but had an employee run me to the gas station (my choice) and even offered to take me somewhere "real" to get food. They were very friendly and attentive. I didn't feel overlooked. As I'm stuck here, they have done everything they can to help me get back in the road. They didn't try and overcharge me or take advantage and try to get everything they could. There are other issues with the car they could have made a big deal about, but they didn't. They are doing what is needed to make the car safe and road-worthy, but not more than that. Again, they are taking my situation in to account and not seeking to get everything they can. I appreciate that. This will let me deal with the other issues at my own pace. The service department person I dealt with was Dalton, and it was a great experience. Edited: During the service, the tech scratched some paint inside the engine compartment. They were honest enough to come get me and point it out so they could take responsibility. Honestly, I never would have ever noticed it, but they still did the right thing and didn't try and hide or deny it. They took what could have been a VERY bad experience and made it painless. I don't live in the area, but if I did, I would CERTAINLY return.

An amazing sales team that was very informative \\u0026 helpful during the process of finding myself a vehicle. They sell their vehicles at MSRP which is an admirable choice that sets them apart from others who aren't as genuine. Ultimately they gave me the best trade-in value of my vehicle \\u0026 sealed the deal with finding me the car I wanted. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Took my truck in for sevice and got it back not the way i would expect it. Was seviced by sevice tech, Harden Plowman. Got brake fluid all over my wheels, frame rims etc. They throwed my brake bleeder rubber caps away. Need those to keep the dirt and water out of the bleeder screws. They flushed my transmission and left the clamps lose from the lines by the radiator i clamped it back, they left my brake fluid container half empty. They replaced my passenger rear bearing and didnt check the rear end to see if it was low on rear end oil. Looks like to me the rear brake line was mot tight and leaking, you can look at the pics yourself and see what you think. Dont think i will be using this dealership any more and would NOT recommend it to nobody else. My friend took his tundra up there and while they were servicing his they put a scatch down his drivers side.

I've taken my vehicle THREE times to be serviced over the same thing, a metal snapping noise in my tires when I drive in reverse and forward. All times they have said they checked everything, couldn't duplicate noise. Won't fix until it gets worse. TOLD ME the snapping noise I was hearing in reverse was a spring in my break pads, and the popping in drive was a different noise. So I drove it all the way to Nicholasville. Turns out I was right, it was in the struts and it got repaired overnight. That was my time and money wasted, I lost work bringing my car in for nothing. Don't expect me to bring my vehicle back to be serviced there, I'll drive the distance.
