Very accessible, had an emergency and needed a n auto dolly. Because it was over a major holiday this proved difficult to get help. Fortunately the store was open when others were closed. Was able to return easily and efficiently after hours.

First, the map of this location is completely wrong so I had trouble finding the truck. Then, my truck was completely blocked in by other trucks. 2 other people there trying to pick up were also having trouble. Cab of the truck was filthy with crumbs and things spilled on the floor. Passenger window had also been left open and it rained the night before so passenger side of cab was soaked with water.

Called last week to rent a truck. Got it sat up. Getting the truck on June 28th. They called today June 27th. They don’t have the 19 ft truck we reserved, but they said I could go pick it up in Nicholasville. They don’t have anyone to go get it. If we wanted to go to Nicholasville, we would have rented from them. They did offer us a 26ft truck. We don’t need one that big, or to pay for the gas in one that big. Poor customer service. We rented us a Penske!! Great customer service there!!!

By far the best U-Haul that I've ever rented from! Virgil is competent, friendly and efficient! The previous U-Haul hooked up my vehicle improperly and got a chain lodged between a spring which Virgil spent about 15 minutes working on to get it out! It's nice to know there are people that still care ???

Great, fast service and an easy turn in after hours. The vehicle was in good, clean condition and served our purpose well. We even received a discount!
